We’ve unfortunately had a few water-related incidents in our home over the years, but were lucky enough to find Andrey and his team. They’re always super quick and knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. There’s no one else I would think to call, and I highly recommend them to anyone who has water damage that they need repaired.

My hot water heater had a catastrophic failure 2/7/26, a few days after a huge snow/ice storm in Northern VA. The utility room floor & several areas of wall-to-wall carpeting were soaked. Andrey, the owner, came out late Saturday night within 15 min of my calling. He immediately set up big fans to start drying out everything. He's so kind, patient, knowledgeable & hard-working. He calmed me down & assured me everything would be OK. He returned Sunday AM with his men and more fans & huge dehumidifiers. He supervised everything. Late Sunday night several fans stopped working & came by early Monday to fix the problem & get everything working again. I know he had other jobs to manage, but he was always available to discuss my concerns & questions & come back as needed. I greatly appreciate his help & would definitely recommend him to others.

I unfortunately had a dishwasher installed by Homedepo and it leaked into my basement. It was a mess! The ceiling caved in it was that bad. I called Unlimited Water Damage Restoration LLC. We had a great experience using Ultimate Water Damage Restoration, and would highly recommend them. We had an issue with sewage backing up into our basement, and after a plumber resolved the clog we needed someone to clean up the contaminated area and remediate all of the damage.

Andrey was really fast to respond to our call and came onsite that same day to review what had happened. He was knowledgable and very easy to communicate with -- we talked through all of the work that he would recommend and the different options. After giving the go ahead, they were able to start right away. The folks on the crew were great as well, they clearly communicated what was happening the whole time, were very clean and professional, and left everything in a great state afterwards. We were very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

Thorough, professional, quality restoration work. We had a water damage issues in two bathrooms and when Andrey came out, he noticed issues that other companies didn't notice, and was the most thorough at explaining not only the work that he'd recommend done and why, but the process with insurance (which he dealt with for us so we could be assured it would all be covered!). We had to have a decent amount done in the bathrooms including re-tiling most of one shower- his construction team were super sweet and did a beautiful job-- working long days so we could have our bathrooms back quickly. Would highly recommend!

We had water come in through a window well getting flooded during heavy rain. Ultimate Water Damage Restoration was able to come inspect the damage and provide a solution in a very timely manner especially with many other homes having water issues during the heavy storm months. Andrey was super knowledgeable and answered our many questions with patience to ensure the water damage inside was fix and how to prevent it from happening again.

He was responsive via text and able to schedule a team to come out the next day, which is exactly what you want to hear when you encounter water + mold damage in your home.

He also helped answer questions related to reimbursement from a 3rd party (i.e., builder or insurance), which relieved some uncertainty and anxiety. His experienced crew lead also asked me at the start of the job if I would need to work with insurance, then took extra photos in case we needed them for reimbursement documentation.

While on-site, his team was professional, communicative, and got an extensive job done in just 1 day. I appreciated that they set up a containment, showed me pictures as the work unfolded, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They sent someone to pick up the industrial fans + de-humidifier on day 4 or 5.

The final invoice clearly laid out all items and their costs.
