This is one of the best service I have received. My friend was so diligent and perfectionist that he spent nearly hours fixing my refrigerator and saved me a lot of headaches. It was inspiring to see him work. Highly recommend his service and he is multi multi talented. Five stars all around. Thank you.

I had a leak in my living room and Mohammed and his team came the same day to evaluate it and determined there were issues with my ducts not being properly sealed and insulated, as well as finding out that my AC wasn’t optimally functioning because of an issue with the fan. It took several weeks to fix it, but I can say that his team (including Mohammed) were very diligent and made sure the job was done correctly. I definitely recommend them for any AC and duct work because they’re honest about diagnosing the issue without trying to up-sell you on additional things to make more money.

They fix the problem with my business heater. Last year I hired a different company and they diagnose the problem wrongly, changed parts and did not fix it. It was a waist of money. This year I was lucky. The technician was certainly more experienced and had more knowledge, He fixed both HVAC units for a fair price. I strongly recommend that their services

Our experience with this company was fantastic. From the very beginning, Adam was very thorough and honest. He explained all his findings and gave recommendations. We will continue to use his services because he is fair and honest and we want to support superb small business like Adams.

I have a ton of experience in general contracting so when you see a company with all 5 star reviews, you definitely want to get your hopes up but unfortunately this was not a 5 star service. The technician coordinated with me to originally arrive at my condo at 4pm to review the work prior to our scheduled appt on the following monday and then had to push til 730pm. I had everything ready to review in my unit and the technician was there for less than 20 min. I then received a bill for $132. I was not made aware of any costs related to the initial visit, although with me working in this field I understand nothing is free, but $132 for ~20 mins is beyond acceptable. There was no breakout on the invoice or anything to show what I was getting billed for. I recommend not using this company as this is operated like a "mom and pop shop" and not a real, reliable subcontractor. To be fair, the technician was nice and he seemed knowledgeable. He was unable to provide any real information on costs associated with the work he was recommending.

This company was quick to respond, first attempted to diagnose oven/stove issue over the phone so they wouldn't need to charge for the visit, which was appreciated. I offered to pay for the visit anyway since we thought the problem was fixed but he said no need. However, the oven was still not working the next day so the technician came out to repair it. He also offered a $50 off coupon to reduce the price. They were fast, efficient and affordable and everything is working fine. He had the parts available with him so the repair was completed in one visit.

Very professional and go to detail person. I had thermostat issue and he made the job looks so easy. I had several technicians visited but none of them could provide the professional service that accurate services tech provided. Keep the good work!

Adam came for some scheduled maintenance for our air conditioner. He was punctual, thorough, and professional. He also did a great job explaining what he was looking at and how to keep the unit running smoothly. I was highly impressed with Adam and whole-heartedly recommend using this company.

My walk-in freezer compressor died on a Thursday. I called a few companies but they either said they wouldn't do service until the corona is over, or said they wouldn't be able to come until next week. I called Accurate Services Tech. Mohammad came to my shop within a few hours. Diagnosed the problem. And informed me of limited options due to corona situation. We decided on one option that required replacing the main part of the unit. He then called around until he found the unit in a neighboring state. He had the unit delivered with special delivery the next day and installed it by midnight on Friday. By doing so he saved me thousands of dollars in loss of food, which would have happened, had i gone through the weekend without the freezer working.

All i can say is that was a rare quality of service that i had experienced with service companies. I have had issues with other similar companies even during business-as-usual times. Receiving a service like this during the corona lock-down felt like hitting the jackpot. All my 4 walk-in freezers and two dozen floor freezers now have a knowledgeable and exceptionally caring technician, Muhammad, to take care of them. And so does my peace of mind.

I’m very satisfied with my tech service. One of the best technicians in the DMV area I would say. Very professional and very responsive. Accurate Services Tech was a life saver. I came home from vacation to no air conditioning and 87 degrees in the house. Mohamed came to fix the compressor after midnight. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!!!

AST was instrumental in their response time. We had a tech out in less than 2 hours who diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes. They were very helpful. The price was fair for an emergency call. They wore shoe covers upon entering our home which we appreciated. Great communication, efficient, honest, and prepared.

This is our first purchase of the dream home. We bought the place without inspection due to crazy market conditions. Our first night we noticed that the system kept running and we ignored it . Second night then third night until we noticed that something was not right. We were referred by a friend to use Adam Accurate Service and they were super accurate on diagnosing the problem . They noticed that the previous owner used the wrong size coil that is 2 inches less on both sides and covered it with duct tape . Second that the coil was not getting the proper flow of Freon and that indicated the real problem . I waited few weeks before writing the review so I can test the system and it has been running smooth and the way it’s supposed to run. I can tell you that Adam Accurate Service could have easily told us about anything that may have caused the problem but they were honest and accurate as their name stands for . I highly recommend them .

I have in the past used other companies to repair either my AC/ Heater. This is the one company that I truly will recommend and use in the future. They have provided exceptional work at a great rate not forgetting they are truly professional. We called numerous top companies and they promise to be out separate times. No show, no call back. But at the last minute I found Adam from Accurate Systems Tech, he gave me a window time when he could be out, and he kept his WORD!!! It was 95 degrees outside and 90 degrees inside. Adam thank you so much for coming out to fix our AC unit, and being a reliable company. I highly recommend this company!!!

My building management can probably leave a more thorough review than me, but a new heat pump in my apartment, installed by someone else, was blowing cold air for 5, 10, even 20 minutes on most cycles before giving me heat. Which really defeats the purpose of having a heat pump. The installer and several other techs we tried either claimed it was normal or they had no clue. When we tried Mohamed, it took him a few minutes to show us error lights and explain them using the manual, point to a missing component, and to confirm what we knew all along: that it wasn't normal. I'm sure my building wasn't thrilled about having to replace the unit, but Mohamed and his colleague did it quickly, the workmanship looks really professional, he answered all our questions really clearly, and the new machine works exactly like I'd expect it to work. I can't speak to the costs, but it sounds like our building will be throwing more work his way, so I think that's a good sign.

Great experience with Mohammad this morning - our AC went out overnight, I called him at 7:30 (on a Sunday!), he said he could be there at 10, he showed up right on time, and by 11:30 he had it running again. He was great at explaining what had gone wrong and what he needed to do to fix it, and his fee was fair. We'll definitely keep him in mind for any future HVAC needs!

Fully satisfied with Accurate services quality of service. They were right on their scheduled time. In very few minutes they were able to identify the root cause behind the low efficiency of my AC, made some adjustments, and gave me few tips, when I applied it boosted the efficiency to around 70%. All that with a very reasonable cost.
