Rodolfo and the team were fantastic. They worked surprisingly quietly and were very efficient with the complete removal of my old and dated HVAC and then completed the installation of our new system. Rodolfo was very patient and helpful with teaching us about our new system and walked me through the thermostat. Highly recommend Richard’s heating and A/C!

The team came out and replaced our furnace, AC and water heater all in one day. Very polite and left the place spotless. More affordable than other companies too.

Richard’s replaced our aging heat pump unit. The staff were very professional and took care to avoid damaging the floors and walls. They did a good job removing the old system and cleaning up all debris. They took time to explain the new system, showed us where and how to change the filter, emergency shut off switch, and helped us set the new thermostat up on our phones. We had a very positive experience.

If you want to find an honest and reasonably priced AC company look no further! Richard was able to come out same day and address the issue that I was having with my heat pump. I will definitely use them again in the future if I have any issues.

Richard’s Heating and AC replaced my entire HVAC system, including humidifier, air filter and smart thermostat. They accommodated my request for a specific installation date, showed up on time, and completed the job the same day. When I had trouble getting the furnace to start for the first time two months after the installation, they sent a team out immediately to check and resolve the issue.

Beginning with the salesperson, and then with the installation team, I was treated with respect. My knowledge of hvac systems and how they work was basic, and each person at Richards took the time to explain it, explaining why one Carrier model was more appropriate than another for my home.

I called Richard’s after a different HVAC company was unresponsive after an initial visit. Their team throughout the entire process was amazing. Very responsive and professional. They completely replaced our HVAC system, not only did they show up exactly on time but also answered every question along the way and did a great job.

The heat in my house was intermittent and would not stay running for long periods of time. It turns out that the main return vent on the side of the HVAC unit, was blocked with many Items covered in plastic which cut down the air draw, flow, and not allowing the system to work it full potential. As soon as we remove the blockage everything went back to normal and also replaced the air filter as well.

Absolutely needed to leave a review for Rudolfo (sorry if I got the spelling wrong), who was one of the wonderful techs who recently installed my mom's new furnace after her old one died literally the day before the winter storm. Since mom was staying with a friend, I met Rudolfo at my mom's house to let him in and while we had cleared a path around the back of the house so they could reach the basement, the walkway to the front door, driveway and my mom's car were all still encased in snowcrete. So I started attempting to clear it. While waiting for the rest of the equipment to arrive, Rudolfo got a shovel from his truck and pretty much took over. When my 88-year-old mom came home the following day to a nice warm house, she was able to safely get to the front door largely because of Rudolfo's selfless and incredibly generous efforts. Anyone who dealt with shoveling that stuff knows it's backbreaking and he did it voluntarily with no expectation of payment, he just said "Well your mom is 88 years old!". In other words, it was the right and decent thing to do. How often do we see that anymore? Basically renewed my faith in humanity. Richard's clearly values integrity in their employees and I'm so grateful to know my mom is in good hands.

My 20-year old furnace failed the week before Thanksgiving - catastrophe! But Richards ordered the replacement and installed it in plenty of time for me to have a warm house for the holiday. Their installers arrived on time, were courteous, cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Richards for all your HVAC needs.

Immediate pick up by a person when I called to request a service call for my furnace that had stopped working. They got a technician out quickly. Standard service call fee. The technician, Jorge, was expert and efficient--he diagnosed and repaired the problem in a very short time frame. Didn't try to sell me anything. And even provided advice on what type of filters to use to keep the furnace running without unnecessary strain. I had a very positive experience and Richards Heating and AC made my day!

I am absolutely pleased with the services that Richard’s heating provided to me in early December. I had been without heat for several days until I called Richards. They sent out a technician the same afternoon! Henry expertly explained the problem with my heating system and worked diligently to fix it quickly. He provided good feedback on steps that I could take to improve performance and lengthen the time before the system would need replacement. Richards gets an A plus from me!

Richard's Heating and Air installed a whole-home humidifier onto the furnace they had recently replaced. Leno and the team did a fantastic job, were quick, clean, and professional leading up to and on the day of the work. The price was competitive, and they clearly explained the work that was involved, explained the recommended sizing for the humidifier for my home and HVAC, and ensured I knew how to operate and maintain the system before they left. I will continue to use and recommend Richard's for any HVAC need.

Richard's Heating & Air Conditioning is honest and dependable. I started using them years ago when a repairman could have sold me a new hvac system with a half truth, and instead he was honest. I’ve used them ever since. During the recent freeze, my HVAC started having issues. They sent someone out the next day, when it was safe to get on the roads. The repair was quick and reasonable. They’ll always have my business when the operate like this.

I called Richard’s after using another company and didn’t feel like they were serving my best interest. Ever from Richard’s arrived with all the right sensors and gauges which is a great sign. He was very polite and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. I did end up needing a new system which hurts but I could tell by Ever’s knowledge I was in good hands. New system being delivered this week. I have full confidence they will do a wonderful installation.

Called Richard's with an issue with a furnace on our first day in our new home. Service e scheduled immediately – very surprised with the great turnaround time. Technician called in advance of arrival, came in and got right to troubleshooting. Resolved the issue within five minutes (blown fuse within the unit), walked us through everything he did so we understood the issue, the work done, where to find unit schematic, etc. Then he answered new home owner questions regarding a recommended maintenance schedule for our HVAC system (we will definitely be using Richard's for that)
