It has almost been one year since they started demo and it seems they have abandoned our kitchen/bathroom remodel project. The designer was nice but the workers were not qualified to actually do the work as per contract. Multiple failed inspections, they left things incomplete or didn't do them at all, shoddy work and very poor communication and constant lies from the project manager. No communication from the owner ever, only when they are trying to get your money. I am hoping that they do the right thing and contact me and abide by the contract and finish the job. If they make things right I will update this review. Unless you want a very stressfully long and terrible experience then do not use this company.

We highly recommend using NV Kitchen & Bath for your next home renovation! Edgar (in the showroom) was eager to help us find the style we were looking for and he did not disappoint ! Oz, the project manager, went above and beyond, along with his team. He was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. The entire process was pleasant and efficient. We are so glad we chose to work with this company as it was an incredibly positive and enjoyable experience from start to finish!

We have being searching for a reliable company which can provide us a good design and competitive pricing. NV was our first choice among others with their professional and clear communication. We read some negative reviews too but it seems like they’re outliers and it’s impossible to make some people happy! I highly recommend this company since it was a great experience from start to finish. Yes small issues happened but handled right away. This was a kitchen, basement 3 bathrooms remodeling project with significant changes on the load bearing walls. My wife and I are very happy with the results. Thank you guys!

NV Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job renovating our 1992 kitchen. We received multiple bids from other vendors, but we went with NV because of their customer service. From day one they never disappointed. They provided excellent design and ideas how to maximize our storage. They were always on time and we’re flexible to our schedules. We will definitely use their services in the future. Big thanks to Oz, Sean, and Daniel, for making this a great experience.

NV Kitchen and Bath lives up to its positive reviews! We chose to work with the company based on their reviews, photos of their work online, and their quotes, which were much more reasonable than many of their competitors. We had NV Kitchen and Bath do both our small master bathroom and our half bath. Our project manager Oz Huseyin was fantastic, flexible, and reasonable. We went into the show room to choose our materials with their help of one of their designers, and they were ready to begin work just days later. The work went quickly and smoothly, but Oz told the workers to take their time to make sure it was done right, and it was! We ended with a beautiful product within a good time and reasonable price.

We had a great experience with NV renovating our kitchen in the summer 2017 so we brought them back in the summer of 2018 to renovate our three bathrooms. Our bathrooms were small and required a lot of attention to detail and careful planning and craftsmanship and plumbing expertise. They turned out beautifully. The company was very easy to work with and attentive to our needs. It kept our house clean during the construction phase. They came back to attend to a few details post-construction that we wanted refined. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends.
UPDATE 2020: We recently completed our third successful renovation project with NV. As usual they completed the work to our exact specifications, on time and on budget. We have now used this company to renovate our kitchen, all our bathrooms, and most recently reface our fireplace and install custom built-in bookshelves. The one time we used a different company on a separate project - a basement renovation we wanted to get going on in a time slot that NV was booked - we quickly regretted it because we didn't experience the same level of reliability, honesty about how long things would take, and clockwork organization of different trade teams. We love working with NV because they are very customer focused, responsive, easy to communicate with, start and finish when they say they will, and have a high level of workmanship.

I heard about NV online. I called them and set an appointment with one of their designer in the showroom. The staff was really nice, polite and patient (Please note that I am really picky!). I had my kitchen completed about a month ago. They were the most amazing people work with. I would definitely use them for my bathrooms remodel as well. Their design are modern and the quality of work is the best. Do not hesitate!!!!

We have done a number of kitchen renovations over the years with different companies, and I am extremely happy with the work from NV Kitchen and Bath in Alexandria. They did an excellent job of a Fabuwood kitchen for us in Old Town. They are very knowledgable and responsive, and they know the cabinet companies really well, so they get questions answered and products delivered very quickly. Their installers are efficient and accurate and they kept everything very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Under new managment, they are turning over a new leaf. Like some others, my contract was signed in April under the old ownership who had many problems. However after the change in management, NV K&B stepped up and completed the project on time and on budget. They did great quality work, and Eric the Project Manager, Richard contruction manager, Taylor the designer, Harb and Sean all followed through with their commitments. The team was very responsive, very professional, very courteous and did great work. We are very happy with the end result and look forward to future projects with them. Despite the issues in the beginning, I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

First, I would encourage anyone researching businesses and remodeling companies to look at multiple review platforms - Yelp and the BBB show a very different story.

I have used NV Kitchen and Bath (Falls Church, VA location) twice for kitchen remodels - once in 2018 and once in 2023-2024 - totaling over $150K in work. I can validate both of these projects with copies of my signed contracts.

The job in 2018 required significant work, including removal of a previous existing wall, installation of beams, structural engineer work, moving windows, and building a top-notch kitchen with a 10' island. The kitchen is featured prominently on their website and marketing materials. There were headaches along the way requiring multiple meetings with management. However, we crossed the finish line and we were willing to recommend them to our friends and return as customers.

Our current job is in flux. Since reaching cabinet installation (just prior to countertop installation) and paying another significant payment per our contract, NV Kitchen and Bath employees have not worked on our project. The last time an NV Kitchen and Bath employee stepped in our home was 18 June 2024 (I will update this post when that changes). I look forward to getting my project across the finish line and resolving several issues with this company.

We ran into trouble when the original company quit work and NV Kitchen and Bath (Falls Church) took over the job. Although there was still substantial work to be done they met our expectations. We are very happy with the final master bathroom and closet renovation. All the staff that worked on our project were polite, friendly and communicative. Throughout the project they identified issues and solutions to keep things going. Overall they did a great job for us.

Last year we had a contract with NV kitchen and bath to remodel our kitchen they said it will be done in three weeks but it took them five months to get done 80% of the project after we paid all the money now they are disappeared we can’t find them to get the job done.

We have just completed our fourth renovation project with NV Kitchen & Bath. Each of our experiences was nothing short of excellent. Each time the work was completed on time, on budget, and to a very high standard of workmanship. The most recent project involved the installation from scratch of a new full bathroom in a large bedroom, along with additional electrical lighting work. All of it was done excellently. The worksite was kept meticulously clean throughout. The workers were polite and very amiable. We were pleased with the design solutions that the company came up with for a tricky space. The overall outcome is beautiful.

I had a kitchen Island and countertop for dining room cabinets installed from NV kitchen and bath. Kay, designed the islands based on our needs and gave a good price. The installation was prompt and professional. Looking forward to work with them again.
