Shawn was absolutely fantastic! We called another major company and they took over a day to come, giving us the standard 4 hr window. Their rate was extremely high. We called Shawn and he was over in 1 hour even though we called in the evening and his price was less than half. It was a difficult job but he got it done with a smile! Highly recommend!

Shawn is amazing, and I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. I called him extremely panicked because our toilet had overflowed and our shower was not draining. He was calm and confident, asked me a couple of questions over the phone to get a better idea about the problem, and came out on super short notice to help us fix the issue. He came right when he said he would, had all the right tools, and was able to explain to us what he thought the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He was spot on with one of his hypotheses (roots in the sewage line) and was able to fix the problem for us quickly. He also did a wonderful job cleaning up all the debris that our issue caused. We’ll be calling him again for any and all of our plumbing needs.

Had some issues with my PRV failing. I called Shawn and he came out to take a look the next day to see what was going on. Figured out my PRV valve was failing and replaced it the following day. He was quick to respond, fix the issue, and was very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be using him again for future plumbing needs.

I've used Shawn 2x now for different natural gas related needs. The first time I had a leak in an outdoor gas line. The 2nd time I needed a swap out and installation of gas line. Both times Shawn was immediately responsive, told me when he was coming and showed when he said he would. The first issue was an easy fix which he quickly resolved and didn't overcharge for. The 2nd issue was completely perfectly and he got my gas grill line squared and away and working well. I plan to refer him to my friends and use him whenever I have any water or gas plumbing needs.

Bryce came out and within a few minutes fixed the problem snd educated me on how everything works. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Took great care and was very tidy. He spoke highly of his company and had a positive attitude. Very refreshing. Highly recommend

Shawn was Amazing! I had this weird 1971 condo with old outdated Gas line sticking out 5 inches out of wall and it’s impossible for me to flush the Range. I called All things plumbing and Shawn was super attentive and understood what was going on and came the next working day and fixed the problem. So i called around to a few places to get a tankless water heater installed (replacing a traditional electric one), to save on electric costs and to get longer runtimes on hot water in the shower. Shawn came in at a reasonable price and I'm glad I went with him. Does very clean work, responsive, and gets it working. Had a few hiccups with Rinnai (Rinnai not including all the accessories with the newer model tankless heaters). Shawn made sure to call Rinnai, get the parts needed asap and came back and made sure it was done (and done right). Installation looks was clean and professionally done. I would recommend Shawn for any plumbing work and will be calling him for my future house plumbing needs. Look no further for an honest and hard working plumber who doesn't upsell you on other items and does a professional and thorough job!

Shawn was running a natural gas line around our house to the outdoor kitchen as well as hot/cold water with drainage to that new outdoor kitchen sink. We found him to be thoughtful and creative to find the best path to accomplish the task. Once the direction was evident Shawn explained the steps to us in a clear and simple way. His professionalism cannot be overstated - specifically how clean he worked and how he protected floors and walls in the basement to tie the lines into the existing environment. We will be using Shawn for all future plumbing projects/issues.

Shawn was excellent! I called him to coordinate a date for service, and when he had a cancellation earlier in the week he called me to come over sooner.

What really impressed me was that after he arrived, he cut into the drywall to inspect my situation, and once he finished giving me his recommendation, he taped the drywall back into place, which was something other electricians and plumbers I’ve used have never done. (Usually they just leave the hole and tell me to get a drywall person to fix it.) I’ll still need to get a dry waller to make it neat, but just taking the time to make it so I didn’t have a gaping hole in my wall was a little thing that left a big impression.

Fortunately, I didn’t need any additional servicing, but I will definitely call Shawn again if I need anything in the future.

Shawn installed our tankless water heater, gas line for our gas fireplace, and did all the plumbing for a new kitchen and laundry room. All his work was well done and thorough. He came today to flush the tankless system and recheck initial work to ensure we were satisfied and everything was working properly. He does great work and I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him for future projects.

Shawn showed up for this task on a Sunday and on his day off. He was very thorough explaining the problem with the pipe that busted behind the shower wall and how he would proceed to fix it. The job was very difficult since the pipe was behind old structural wood panels. Shawn was so patient, persistent and considerate that he was able to work through the panels, avoiding to damage the shower tiles or any additional bathroom fixtures. I am thankful that we have him as our plumber and will recommend him and his professionalism to anyone in need of genuine estimate and problem solving skills.

Shawn came on a Saturday morning exactly when he said he would be there. He persistently found the cap to my tooth stuck inside the vertical sink pipe when it wasn’t in the sink trap. He also consulted on and fixed other plumbing issues, all in one short visit. He is my new plumber for small and large projects.
