We have been looking for a new plumber after our previous one had retired. We hired Shawn from All Things Plumbing based on various reviews to fix a leaking shower head. This wasn't your typical job because our home is older and the previous owners seemed to take shortcuts with every update, thus the issue with our leaking shower head. An old part was needed that required a special order followed by plumbing access constraints, but Shawn successfully repaired the leak. He charged us a flat rate for the job which was more than reasonable give the amount of time needed to complete the repair. While here he also tried to help us free a hummingbird that was stuck in our garage and then he took a quick look at our gas fireplace and made cost-saving recommendations to us while changing the batteries in the battery box of the remote receiver. Sounds like small stuff, but I never met any other Master Plumber who would have spent such time helping us like Shawn did. Trust the reviews - he really is everything they say! Shawn was great! He resolved an emergency drainage issue for us during the middle of significant snow storm. He was completely professional and communicative. Shawn was punctual, efficient and professional. I had a badly blocked Kitchen Sink, needed to be snaked. Ours is an older house and the usual problem is that the snake to be used is over 50 ft and is not an easy job. Shawn came the same day for a water leak we couldn’t trace. He identified a corroded copper pipe and replaced it quickly at a very fair price! He was working with an apprentice, and his interactions with that person were kind and clear too. Feels good to support a business that is both competent and kind! After trying everything to solve a slow kitchen drain, I phoned them. Eric came out and used their snake service to clean the lines. He was knowledgable, efficient, and took the time to explain the problem. The cost was clear, and I was confident with the service completed.

They came out to install a new laundry room faucet, and Eric performed an excellent job. He explained what he was doing, answered my concerns, and ensured that everything was sealed and functioning properly. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of the work was exceptional.
