Worst HVAC contractor ever. After installation I received very high electric bills. I determined that the house was being heated with the electric coils of the air handler only. During the service call the technician discovered that the packing materials had never been removed thus preventing the outdoor unit from working. It was also determined that the unit was low on Freon and wouldn't cool properly. They had to add Freon to the correct level for it to work properly. I asked if they checked for a leak and was told no. Even though they were the ones who improperly installed the unit they billed me for the Freon. How unprofessional is that. Although it did no good, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My advice would be to not use them. And I would never recommend them to anyone.
