I needed to have my roof re-shingled and Fitz and his crew did a fantastic job! I am very satisfied with the work. Fitz was very prompt to communicate with me before during and after the job was complete to answer my questions as well as to make sure I was satisfied with the work. His commitment in checking every detail of the work was impressive.

Community Roofing fixed the roof over my porch and it no longer leaks. They took pictures of the problems and described in detail what was necessary to dix them. They completed the job completely and efficiently. Cost was reasonable. I would call community roofing again.

I have worked with the Carlos and Fitz for years. They are both extremely responsive in setting up the job and coordinating the right crew for the roof needs. They have done excellent work on my house with hidden gutters, shingles, and a flat TPO roof. I have referred them to neighbors in Ginter Park to repair many assorted roofs and they have continued to do excellent work. The best roofing company in the Richmond area in my opinion.

Joe Brown from Community Roofing is very pleasant to deal with, did a thorough evaluation of my roof. His team correctly diagnosed where the leak was coming from, did excellent repair work, which was very punctual, and without any mess. Then Joe called back in a few days to make sure the leak was fixed and did not leak again after rainfall and storm.

I will definitely use them again, and recommend them 100%.

After getting 4 estimates, we had the pleasure of working with Fitz Rogers to have Community Roofing of Va install a new roof for our home. Community was not the cheapest but they were above and beyond in quality of products and services to justify their price. We signed the contract on a Friday and had our new roof complete on Wednesday. The installers did an awesome job and were prompt, courteous and did a great job protecting our property and leaving it clean. I was provided pictures once the job was complete and the roof is beautiful and really changed the look of our house. We were treated and felt like a valued customer and are very happy with our choice to use Fitz and Community Roofing of Va.

These guys replaced the roof on condominium association. The work was okay, but after some digging, I found out that while this company itself has a class A contractor license, it appears as though the subcontractor (separate company) they sent to install our roofs does not have a a class A, nor any business license to operate in the state of Virginia. Something shady going on. If they are doing work on your house I would 100% recommend asking for and verifying that the contractors they send are actually licensed.

Our experience with Community Roofing was terrific. From start to finish their communication was great. Brett was very helpful when we had trouble finalizing our color choice and kept the quote process fast and efficient. Their crew was careful of our and our neighbors’ property and did a great job from site prep through to final clean up. Carlos made sure everything was done on time and was easy to work with and professional. Overall great experience. Also, pricing was highly competitive. Would recommend to anyone.

Joe Brown helped us so much. We needed a new roof and he worked with our association to make sure we got it before rain could do any more damage. He explained everything very well, went above and beyond to make sure things went as smoothly as possible, and we are VERY grateful to him and the crew. I would like to provide a review regarding Community Roofing of VA. Mr. C. Romero, the proprietor of the business, has diligently attended to the repair of our roof. I trusted his workmanship, which is why I chose his company, Community Roofing of VA. On the day we found about a leak on out roof, Mr. Romero visited our property to assess the leak, took photographs, and inspected the damage. He subsequently informed us of the scheduled date for the repair the following day. Remarkably, within just three days—as he had promised—he completed the work. His company demonstrated great efficiency and reliability, exceeding expectations by completing the job in less than three days, which was particularly fortunate given the impending winter storm.

Working for a church can be difficult due the passion of the people and for the necessary procedures and protocols that must be addressed.
I'm pleased to recommend First Class Contracting of Tidewater to understand your needs and to help with the scope of the project and guide you to accomplish the results you deserve.
Our particular project was renovating a choir loft in our sanctuary so that it would be safe and to have it reflect the architecture of the building. First Class Contracting had all the skills, care, and craftsmanship to accomplish that task! It's not often that a construction project comes in under budget and ahead of schedule and still meet the demands for superb quality. We never felt that monetary gain was the only goal for First Class Contracting. Their passion, craftsmanship, and need to please was felt from day one. The entire team (owners, management, salesman, supervisor and all the skilled craftsmen) did an excellent job!
We will definitely seek our First Class Contracting for any future renovations and projects.

They did multiple things around my house. New roof to house and shed. Repaired fence and gates. Power washed house. Repaired deck and porch. painted doors and shutters. Excellent job. Neighbors stopping to let me know how good everything looks.

First Class did a great job with the interior painting of my home! Emil and Issac were very professional, punctual, tidied up their supplies every day and took photos of items to ensure they knew where to put them back after completing work. Thank you!

Contacted them over a month ago to get some windows fixed. Was told someone would reach out to come look at them for an estimate. Never heard back so I reached out again, and was apologized to and set up a time for someone to come out. It has been over 3 hours since our agreed upon time, and they still have not come nor given me any update. Who knows if they'll even show up
