Last individual Lin the carpenter, this is a man gifted with a hammer. He took this project as if he was putting a new porch on his own home. Had Matt do some work for me on the back of my house when we decided we wanted an open porch to enhance our outdoor living experience. Top notch craftsmanship, customer service was outstanding and overall he cared about my experience which was amazing. Highly recommend using this company...you wont be disappointed!

Had them rebuild existing deck with addition of an arbor over the bench and a new arbor over the garage door. Matt, Buddy, and Ignacio and his crew were very responsive to our questions and when resolving minor issues. Thanks for a job well done.

I called, Jessica answered! Most places, you leave a message and are lucky to get a call back. She arranged for Mike to swing by in a few days, discuss the job and have an proposal done. A few days after the evaluation, I had my proposal.
Like nearly all construction businesses, they were a month or more booked. After seven weeks, the crew along with Mike came and did the job. All through out, they asked me if I 'wanted it 'like this or like that'. Communication! Wonderful.

Great company to work with, they are quick to respond and do great work. The screened in porch they built for me came out really nice. I sit out there anytime I can and enjoy the view of my backyard from the porch while having my morning coffee.

13|TEN was the first, and only company, to respond to my distress signal. We noticed that the support beam on our porch was rotten and would most likely not last another season. Upon contact, they responded quickly and set up an appointment to give us a quote. Matt came out and asked a ton of questions to fully understand our need and provided me with a very fair quote. The contractor, Lin, that arrived was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained the job in full and delivered on the service promises made. 13|Ten Renovations was up to the task in replacing the old/aged stairs attached to our country-style front porch. This was a somewhat unique project in that it involved the use of rough-sawn lumber, including many 8' 6X6s used for steps/treads. We are very pleased with our new stairs and the craftsmanship that went into them. The 13|Ten team was very responsive and conducted themselves in a professional manner .... from quote presentation to the finished product; highly recommend.

Matt, Jessica and their group of construction guys were a great group to work with! The maintenance free screened in porch and new deck are BEAUTIFUL! It’s much more than I expected and I love it!!! I had this installed for my almost 88 y.o. mom. She LOVES sitting in the fresh air (minus the bugs and sunburn). The porch is perfect for her! We had Matt and his team at 13Ten help us with two projects. They replaced our back deck and kitchen floors. Both look amazing and top notch quality! We used the services of 13TEN Renovations to demolish rotting porch posts and rails and replace them with new 4x4s, wrapped in cedar boards. We love the transformation of our porch! Jessica and her team were phenomenal! Jessica was so helpful in defining our requirements and coordinating tasks. She was easy to contact in order to answers any of my questions, and she followed up with us frequently during the time work was being performed. Great company! The contractor they hired was hard working. Our project had a few setbacks in the beginning from start to finish we signed contracts and made a deposit in October of 2024 and the project just ended. Plans took about 10 weeks, which placed us in about December timeframe and we did have some permit issues with the county. Overall the actual construction took about 3 weeks. The company was very good at overcoming obstacles with the county. The contractors are what really made this a 5 star review. When they showed up they worked and were friendly. It really made a big difference. The only downfall was communication but once I brought up that communication on the project was lacking the site manager was sure to keep me updated on the project. I would 100% recommend this company.
