Reviews of local pros in Goochland, Virginia

Great contractors to work with

Interviewed with them seem upstanding morale men.

Working with the Brothers has always been a pleasure

I work with Gordon Bros quite often with mutual clients. They do an amazing job and create a smooth transaction. Cannot recommend them enough!!!!

Amazing team that did amazing work! We had our living room restructured, and a new fireplace and mantle put in. They custom built the shelving and the mantle and it matches perfectly with the woodwork in the house. The other construction piece they did in the living room was exactly as we had asked for. The destruction and construction was flawless!

I have worked with Daniel at Gordon Brothers for years. Communication is always clear, easy to understand and he makes the building process fun! Highly recommend!

I have referred several clients to Gordon Brothers and all of them have been incredibly satisfied! They have also done some personal work for me and I've always been very pleased. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and reasonable! Give them a call for all of your building and renovation needs.

We had an amazing experience building our custom home in Goochland, Virginia, with Daniel and Gordon Brothers Construction. We were looking for a trusted custom home builder to help us plant roots and create a forever home, and Daniel brought our vision to life with incredible care and foresight. From the very beginning, he felt like a true partner — kind, honest, and deeply committed to quality craftsmanship. The final result exceeded all our expectations and I'm so excited to raise my family here. If you’re searching for a reliable, high-quality custom home builder in Goochland or Central Virginia, we can’t recommend Daniel and his team enough.

Gordon Brothers Construction always goes the extra mile with a family-oriented feel. They recently built our dream custom home and we could not be happier with not only the outcome, but the process itself was such a pleasure! Highly recommend these folks every time I get the chance!

Gordon Brothers built our new home. We couldn’t be more pleased. The high quality construction and responsiveness to any questions was greatly appreciated. Gordon Brothers kept us involved in the process every step of the way. We highly recommend Gordon Brothers Construction.

Got me in and out!

If I could give zero stars I would. I call this company to come and fix my HVAC unit to their credit they came out next day and diagnosed the unit charged me $120. The manufacturer said the unit is still under warranty so I can get free part but that only HVAC pro can make that call to change and order. After the diagnosis I called 6 times to ask for update on the part order and first few times they answered then the rest of the time NOTHING!!! Left messages asking please let me know something but to no avail. Now I have to call someone else and pay another diagnose fee and I don’t even know if they ordered the part needed because manufacturer will not send another one. Very disappointed in this company I had high hopes. Personally they have lot my trust and will never use them again.
