You guys are AMAZING!

I was very pleased with the work done by Kappatal Construction. The initial communication was responsive and immediate, working with me to find the best day and time for a quote. From walk through to finish was only two weeks! So different from the other companies who don’t even make time to return calls!

I had a couple small jobs and also had them work on my windows, replacing rotting wood and wrapping the frames. The workers were professional, courteous and friendly. The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction.

One of the smaller jobs did have a problem come up and they made it right immediately, spending more time fixing it than originally doing the job!

I would definitely recommend Kappatal Construction and I’m making a list of other projects I want them to do for me.

My aging mother has been having difficulty getting in and out of her bathtub. Kappatal Construction came out to install a new and highly accessible shower in the bathroom for her. Before installing it they did some major repairs in the bathroom and completely remodeled it. It was a big improvement and made it much easier for my mother to use. I’m located in Northern Virginia and was not able to be there for the project but talked with them over the phone. They kept me up to date during the whole process. They were very professional and on time each day. The quality of work is excellent. My mother loves her new bathroom and they made a big difference in her life. Highly recommend!!!

The owner is very professional and attentive to details. The team he had completing the work was timely, neat and produced great quality work. I definitely will recommend them to others and if we need similar services again they will be my first call. First class organization

Exceptional Curb Appeal Transformation!

I cannot praise Kappatal Construction enough for the stunning curb appeal makeover they provided for my mother’s home. From the moment they started, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident.

The new driveway and walkway, the windows, shutters, gutters, and motion sensor lights not only enhanced the aesthetics but also improved the functionality of her home. The power washing and painting jobs were flawless, breathing new life into the exterior. The entire team went above and beyond, and the results speak for themselves. My mother’s home now stands out in the neighborhood for all the right reasons.

The cleanup job after each day’s work was impeccable. No trash or remnants of materials and supplies were evident at day’s end. It was pristine.

BONUS: Kappatal allotted 30 days to complete the makeover. It was 100% complete in 4 DAYS and we were 100% overjoyed with the final result.

Thank you, Kappatal Construction, for an exceptional job! We will continue to highly recommend your services to anyone looking to elevate their home's appearance. Truly, we were blessed to have you

Never called back

Not reliable, unprofessional.

In high demand because their work is very good!

All I can say is they were very professional and offer ideals to improved the layout of my driveway, Thanks!

Great work. Easy to deal with

They just finished our driveway, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The workers were friendly and knew what they were doing.
I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Coblentz construction. Steve stands by his work. Excellent workmanship

We have had Steve replace part of our driveway and pour a sidewalk and his work is fantastic.

This company did a wonderful job replacing some sections of concrete for me. The guys work hard and the final product came out great. Absolutely recommend.

I can NOT recommend the services of Coblentz Construction, nor will I ever use them again. Procedures were under estimated and changed without warning or communication. On two occasions they attempted to require final payment prior to completion of contracted work. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

They never take small business seriously, they will come measure your driveway and never send you estimate call them couple of times finally they send one, and when im ready to get it done invoice sent after a month. This people isn’t professional at all and Laura can’t even talk to you in the phone nicely. Oh they also doesn’t care about small job.
