My home looks great after it’s washing. The workers were friendly, professional and got the job done fast. The price was right and we are pleased. I liked their product used. You could smell it was not going to harm the siding on the house, with such a pleasant smell.

He was very professional, allowed me the time to ask any questions about what cleaning chemicals he was using, did all the work by himself, and walked around with me after he was finished to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work he had performed. Although I was at doctors office at the time my WH went from 300 or so wh to 500 or better wh, so needless to say I am very happy with the results and will recommend Tidewater Property Preservation in the future to who ever request such information.

These guys are awesome! Quick with the estimate and scheduling. I forget the names of the two people they sent out, but they were great. They made sure not to wreck my Window Boxes. They did everything
quoted with great care and respect. They informed us of a roofing problem as well.

Tidewater Property Preservation LLC has been the best power washing company I have ever used for my house. I've used this company several different times and have always gotten great results. In the past, I've used several other companies because I've been in my house over 10 years and in addition, our housing complex HOA always surveys and sends pictures to the homeowners for things that need to be done to keep our houses and community looking it's best. None of the other companies I've used have been as good as Tidewater Property Preservation LLC. This company has always been reliable and obviously uses quality products, because my house power washing appears to last longer than my neighbors. This company is very professional and does quality work. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
