I found TPP on google and called for an estimate and more information. They sent someone out within the same day, who looked at my property and left a detailed estimate with a booklet about their services and all the details you could need. Once we decided to book an appointment, they came out the next day exactly on time. The house, sidewalk, garage and windows all look amazing. You could eat off my porch, it’s so clean! Their services are insured for a year, I believe. I’d definitely use them again, the price was very fair considering all the work that was done and how quickly it was carried out.

Ramon was a very professional and great businessman. They were precisely here at the time they said they would be and they did a great job. I believe Kenny went above and beyond. A couple of my neighbors came over and saw it I hope you get some referral business from him. I have used other companies but did not have the results that I have had from your company. The house looks great the shed looks great the aggregate driveway and sidewalks look great and there are is no mold or marks on the front of our brick nor the steps and the steps are very bad. I would highly recommend this company to anyone be blessed.

Ramon and Travis were punctual when arriving to our home for the power washing job.Before they started they did a walk about to see exactly what we expected them to do. Ramon and Travis were friendly,professional,dedicated and went above and beyond to give us a terrific job.They paid special attention to requested needs of the cleaning and plants(especially the bird nests in the hanging baskets). We have used this company for several years. They have done our gutter cleaning and Christmas lights. They are very professional and friendly. They do a wonderful job! The lights on our house always look amazing. When any problems arise during the holiday season, they come out and fix the problem right away. We are very happy with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

We had Tidewater PP come power wash the house and our roof right after the pollen died down we were so impressed with the result. The team took great care to make sure they were careful around my garden and other plants. We will definitely be using them again.

I appreciated that I was given 3 options and cost estimates, as well as prices for additional add-on services if I was interested. Quick response - reasonably priced. Worked hard to get additional stain off my window and house and succeeded. Was honest that if he cleaned the roof some plants could be affected. Liked the honesty. They had me inspect before they left and fixed the few things that i noticed could be touched up. Great job!! Would absolutely use them again!!!

Pricing was reasonable for the work required and compared to other company's estimate for half the amount of work I received. Would definitely recommend TPP for roof, house or other cleaning needs.

Did a fantastic job on a community service project! We have a little league facility all run by volunteers. Tidewater Property Preservation came out on a weekend to pressure wash all the dug outs, main building, and ancillary buildings. Got our facility looking great! They were fast, professional, and knew exactly the right products for all the algae and mold to help us look good for the season. Thank you so much!

The techs Landon and Travis were very nice and did an awesome job. They both ensured that I was satisfied as we did a walk around my home to see if I had any issues with the completion of the work they had done.

I hesitated doing something like this because of horror stories I've heard from friends and family about pressure washing jobs, ESPECIALLY ON ROOFS, going horribly wrong. I am happy to say this was an incredible job by the crew, who was professional, efficient and even identified a potential fire hazard when they saw a live line that was hidden away and not in plain sight during the cleaning. I would 100% use this service again for a future cleaning.

The home evaluation was well done with estimates for all the potential phases of work; house wash, soft clean roof, driveway cleaning and rear patio pavers wash! The work was expertly completed. I lost 3 fish in my pond, which was covered with plastic during the work; but Tidewater replaced them with like fish.

The company was very professional and competitive in pricing. The employees were efficient and polite. My house has never looked better! My dryer was more efficient without all the lint!
