We had Mr. McCoy come in to clean 3 difficult areas for us this morning. He took his time and moved all furniture like a superhero and treated some stubborn spots longer as needed. Mr. McCoy also explained how cleaning works and why some stains come back. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had good demeanour. Overall, he provided an excellent customer service and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! Would hire again!

I was very pleased with my two service professionals, from the beginning to the end. They were friendly, yet professional, and they showed respect to me and my home. I never felt rushed or put off, even after asking 100 questions. They took the time to answer and explain each one of my questions and added additional helpful information.

Steven is the most personable, professional and sweetest technician. During his visit, he was thoughtful and handled our stepmoms home with care. He paid attention to detail and the carpets looked amazing. A very efficient process. When I called to book, the representative with Stanley Steemer was courteous and to the point. My overall experience from start to finish in dealing with stanley steamer was very good. I appreciate that when I needed to reschedule there was no hassle to it at all. When I needed to speak to customer service they were always nice and helpful. I also like that I could track when the carpet technician & when he'd be arriving. When Steven arrived, he was very polite and professional. He did a wonderful job in cleaning four rooms, a staircase and hallway. The price was very fair, especially with discounts I qualified for. I'm grateful for the outcome as a whole.

They did a horrible job. It's unacceptable honestly. I have a 5 year old shampooer that does better work then this "cleaning" that was done. I'm honestly very disappointed that a single soul would walk out thinking that they even completed the job. It was the fastest shampoo job I've ever witnessed. Had I been feeling well I would of NEVER accepted this work nor would it been paid for.

We had a serious food spill in a company SUV — Filipino food — and no matter what we did, the smell would *not* come out. We used a Bissell, cleaned it countless times, and tried every deodorizer known to man with zero success. When the heat was turned on, the smell was so strong it was hard to breathe. Windows down, heat blasting… and the stench still found its way right back to us.

At that point, the boss called in Stanley Steemer to clean the upholstery, and we’re very glad he did. The technicians were friendly, professional, and got right to work. They did a thorough job and were great to deal with from start to finish.

So far, so good — the vehicle smells dramatically better. The real test will be once everything is fully dry and the heat hits that seat again, but we’re optimistic. If this works long-term, Stanley Steemer will have officially saved us from the only other solution we could think of: pulling the seat out and setting it on fire. 😄

I recently had my ceramic floors cleaned by Stanley Steemer, and I couldn't be more impressed! The technician, Chris Johnson came to my home and was absolutely amazing. He took his time, was incredibly patient, and was very thorough in his work. My floors have never looked cleaner! It's clear that he takes pride in his job, and the level of detail he provided made a significant difference. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer

My service technicians were outstanding. They educated me on the process and explained problem areas and provided solution to solve them . They were truly knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them both. Great job!! Only problem was they are Eagles fans. Go Ravens!!!

I had great service. Tre was punctual and efficient. He was very meticulous and even asked of my concerns. I really liked him asking me to approve each piece of upholstery before he moved to the next one. He was also very attentive about the cleanup. I could not have asked for better service. No more naps or stains. Plus, I was very pleased with the price.

The 1st photo is what the carpets looked like the morning after Stanley came to clean the carpets a couple of years ago. The rest are from the cleaning that happened at 12p today. We waited a couple of hours before going upstairs and quickly realized why he was in and out so fast. $831 of wasted money. Note that in one of the photos you can’t even see the shampooer lines are prints from us walking….meaning although this room was paid for, it wasn’t touched. I’d rather you reschedule than waste my time and money. We won’t be using them again and if this is the quality of work now compared to a few years ago, I would suggest you not wast your time and hard earned money.

Professionalism, reliability, and a really wonderful person to work with are a few ways to describe Lashawnda. She was able to respond on very short notice and did absolutely incredible work on a house that I am getting ready for sale. The house had been sitting for over two years due to structural issues that were finally resolved and it's safe to say that it wasn't in the best shape from a cleanliness perspective (especially the refrigerator). Lashawnda made the entire house (including the refrigerator) look brand new! Lashawnda is a professional who exercies incredible attention to detail and above all was a lovely person to work with!
