Absolutely phenomenal! We came to Rob with a request for quick service and he fit us in to an already full schedule. Even though he fit us in, we never felt like he was rushing through the job. In fact, Rob took his time, got out some stains that we didn't think were going to come out, gave us good advice about caring for our carpet and was just a very pleasant engagement. Amazing experience with Extremely Clean Carpets! We needed our carpets cleaned and Rob was more detailed and thorough than I ever thought possible and he really treated our home as if it was his own. I mentioned I vacuumed twice before he came and he went ahead and vacuumed MORE before even starting, getting areas I definitely had missed. Our carpets could not be cleaner. Would highly recommend. Rob is incredible. I had tough stains on a carpet in a house I was selling. Neither Rob nor I were sure that much could be done to improve it, but he was honest about what was possible, ordered some special cleaners, and said he would give it his best. To my surprise the carpets are cream colored again! He definitely breathed new life into those rooms and I am super pleased with the results. Reasonable pricing, incredible results and a wonderful company. Would highly recommend him to anyone who values honesty and a job well done. He’s the best there is.

I needed my 3 bedroom carpets professionally cleaned with stain removal and Rob did a fantastic job! He’s 1. Very thorough with his ability to pull dirt and other nasty things out from the carpet 2. So kind and personal.
