The technician who came to clean out our dryer vents was courteous and very efficient, and most importantly right on time! I would use Dryer Vent Cleaning & Repair again, especially after I saw how dirty our ducts were.

I had my air ducts cleaned after a full home renovation. I must say, this team were punctual and had awesome customer service. I feel good knowing my home is cycling cleaner air.

A company was very easy to contact with. I had the guys in my apartment and quote within 5 hours of calling. I Immediately felt at ease with them. The technicians were extremely professional. They explained a process to me. They advised me about parts to buy to improve the safety of the dryer. I couldn't have a more positive experience.

Highly recommend. I called them because my dryer gave me a code reading that dryer needs to be cleaned.
Those guys came fast , they locate the main issue in the system. They were able to clean it all by removing tons of lint and open an airway between the dryer to the outside.

The team was professional, on time, and very thorough in their work. I noticed an immediate difference in the air quality around the house, and even the heating system seems to be running more efficiently. It feels great knowing that my family is breathing cleaner air.

Rakimu services where excellent. I'm not giving him a 1 star review, I'm giving Stanley Steamers a 1 star review. This is the second time we use them, both services where great, however, the scheduler needs to pay more attention to what he/she is doing. Stop over booking the technicians. He was almost 2 hours past the 3-6 window because they over booked him and he had no one to help him. Also, get them big tanks to keep the water in so they don't have to go back amd forth filling up the water tank to do their job. This is Stanley Steamers fault, not their technicians. I will NOT be using them again.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service provided by the team Stanley Steamer sent. They were courteous, professional, friendly and able to explain everything they did. They made my carpets and hardwoods look AMAZING!

He was very knowledgeable and provided great insight on some of the other services that we are considering. We will definitely be selecting Chris again for our future cleaning needs. David did excellent job. The carpet looks almost brand new. He arrived within my time window and didn't take long to finish. I really appreciate that he cleaned up after he finished, by mopping up any water left in my hallway. I will use Stanley again and request David.

You have to give Christopher his props. He believes in what he is doing, is very knowledgeable and overall a great representative of Stanley Steamer. He did a great job and was very informative on how i should upkeep my carpet. If the service could get more stars i would.

We hired the local Stanley Steamer branch to come in house to clean our 9x6 area rug. One of our dogs urinated on the rug and they explained that an off site cleaning would be more appropriate. Though twice the cost and 63% of the price of the rug, we love that rug so we agreed.

This happened on 4 September 25 with a return date of 2 October 25. The technician was professional and very nice while here. I called the branch around 20 october 25 and they said it hasn't been finished yet. Its now been 90 days... still no rug. The branch has made zero effort to keep us informed on the status, to elevate our invoice, and or expedite our ticket to get us our rug back. Its now 23 November and we are still waiting on our area rug with no updates or communication from the local branch.

Im at the point where if my rug is STILL not cleaned. I want both my rug and the money I paid for this service back. Its extremely unacceptable. I could accept a few weeks after the required delivery date, but its now been 200% longer then they informed me it would have taken.

Stanley Steemer staff was extremely professional and personal. He completed the job independently and educated throughout the process. He was efficient and quick. I will be reusing his services again because it is hard to find these qualities in services nowadays. Keep up the good work.

Shawn was excellent! Perfect mix of professional and personable! I’d never hired a carpet cleaner before and he was kind and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. He was quick and thorough and I’m really happy with how my carpet looks and smells! Definitely will be hiring Stanley Steemer again!
