Anastasia and Alexis did a fabulous job cleaning our home on 3/25. This was our first cleaning with MaidPro, and we will certainly be scheduling our next soon.

Maidpro always sends wonderful people to clean our home. We are very pleased with their work. Our cleaner today, Chris, managed to surpass their already excellent service! He was especially cheerful, friendly, very thorough, gentle with delicate items, and we found zero missed areas when he left. This guy is bound for management one day! Chris rocks!

They did a good job overall cleaning my house, but the kitchen it seems like they just didn't care about. The floor looks like it wasn't mopped at all, baseboard completely ignored. I feel a bit bamboozled because I tipped generously. Parts of the bedrooms were clearly not swept. It seems like they forgot that there is space under furniture that also needs to be cleaned. For a deep cleaning I'm a bit disappointed.

Update: Raised from 2 stars to 4. Their customer service is great. After my initial review, MaidPro sent out another pro, named Virginia, and she was amazing. She got down to business and made the house look perfect. If I use MaidPro again, I'll definitely be requesting her. Thanks, Virginia!

We had the great pleasure of having Tamara clean our apartment this week and she did a fantastic job. All the little special touches she adds really makes you feel special. We would very much like to have Tamara as our regular Pro going forward. She certainly provides me with the desire to continue our service even during these difficult times. I will look forward to seeing her again at our next scheduled cleaning.

Jouanna was absolutely professional, sweet and took her time getting our house in amazing shape. It seemed so good by the time she left. It sparked and I was just a huge huge help for us. I couldn't have asked for a better job and will definitely try to hire her services again. She's absolutely amazing!

It's like my house want even cleaned after they were done. Cabinets weren't wiped fixtures weren't dusted

Been very impressed with Maidpro since I started with them. My current pro is Kim and my cleaning this time was very impressive. Along with a professional experience, I find Kim to be very personable. She does an exceptional job with grout cleaning in the shower.

From my initial call until after the cleaning, the communication and professionalism by everyone I talked to was outstanding! They were able to get me in the next day which was great. Shameka & Mable were amazing! So friendly and great with our dogs! They took their time and paid great attention to detail. The house looks so good now.

I highly recommend this service if you want a super clean house. I will definitely be using them in the near future!

A waste of money. We won’t be using this company ever again, which is unfortunate because we planned to depending on how good of a job they did. We hired them yesterday to clean the entire upstairs which we had already prepped for them so the job would be a lot easier however they did nothing besides the upstairs bathrooms, which I might add weren’t even cleaned well. We were expecting nothing but exceptional work based on the reviews but were sorely disappointed. Lesson learned. We will be going with another cleaning company to clean the remainder of the house and the new house we are moving into.

Had my first experience with MaidPro today and was was extremely impressed. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional and reasonably priced cleaning. Sophia did an amazing job with my clean and I will definitely be requesting her again as my regular pro for my monthly cleanings if she is available.

I needed some help with my house cleaning and contacted MaidPro. Philecia came to take on a long overdue cleaning challenge and worked hard and relentless all day. She delivered fantastic results and my house shined when she was done. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail in how she conducted her work. I was highly pleased and well satisfied with her work and my call to MaidPro.

The clean was just okay. This was my second time using this service and both times there have been areas that were visibly not cleaned. Not sure if they just did a once over with a vacuum and mop but there was no improvement at all on the hard water spots (and they do come off, I have cleaned them before). Maybe I just set my expectations too high, but for $500 (2800sqft home) I don't feel like I should be doing a second clean after a professional cleaning.

Tamara did a fantastic job on our bathrooms and kitchen! With MaidPro's 49 point checklist, she cleaned places I rarely attempt to clean. Our kids' bathrooms were quite frankly disgusting, and now they are spotless. We are big cooks, but not big on cleaning appliances. We can never keep our gas range clean. Tamara made it look almost new. We are very pleased with the service.

Scheduling was very easy. The MaidPro call service representative asked great questions relating to our home and needs. I got a few quotes from cleaning agencies, and although MaidPro was not the cheapest, they gave me the most confidence in their work. I am very glad we chose to use them.

Kimberly or Kim did an excellent job on my House. My kitchen had never looked better. She cleaned all the exteriors of my cabinets and they looked brand new. The house was exceptionally clean. Kim was also kind, professional and pleasant! I would recommend Maid Pro and of course Kim for all your cleaning needs
