Kim is the consummate professional. Kim is always extremely knowledgeable and informative and dispenses services with a kind heart and a smile. Kim formerly managed my yard and now she does trees and shrubs. I'm just grateful that Kim still has a connection to my account because I always feel very confident in the services Kim provides.

I am so impressed with the services Virginia Green offers!! My lawn looks 110% better since they began treatments! I’ve had two other national brand companies prior and they never were able to make my front and back lawn look so great! Their technicians are truly knowledgeable and very professional! I was home and had the opportunity to chat briefly with Virginia Green employee Hunter as he was treating our yard today. Not once, but twice, he stopped and politely answered my questions about the yard and possibly another treatment for moles. When I say “politely” it was with proper manners such as “yes ma’am” and “ I will be sure to make note of where the tunnels are located in the yard so we can monitor them following the treatments.”

My second season with this firm was very rewarding in terms of a great improvement to our property and exceptionally outstanding service by the company. Their customer communication is masterful. It is obvious that their training program for their service technicians is a priority for the company.. The technicians are courteous, efficient, and are notable for the care that they take not only for our property but for the obviously expensive equipment they are using. I look forward to renewing my contract for 2026.

I was told my yard by the Va Green rep that would look as good as my neighbor and my daughter who were both Va Green customers and had recommended Va Green. Before starting Va Green performed Ph soil test and stated it was perfect. Fertilizing and weed control was performed over the year. I was well informed and Va Technician did the work and followed up with email notification. Aeration and seeding were several times more expensive than previous providers. I was disappointed. Maybe, weather was difficult this year, but the proof is in comparing my neighbor's yard with mine. My yard looked better in previous years.

I haven't had any problems with Virginia Lawn Care. The in person contact, phone conversation and emails have always been professional, knowledgeable and care. Today was no different. The lawn technician did an unbelievable job ! Thank you.

We just started using Lawn Starter a couple of weeks ago and this week received our 2nd cut. Our Lawn Pro, Bruce and his partner, are professional and quick. They cut, edge, and cleanup. Also great communication over the app. I highly recommend!

Lawnstarter has been a big help since my mower quit on me and ive been trying to find a new one, prices are a bit on the high end and they will tack on additional fees for tall grass.
