Today was a good day. I ordered 50 bags of river stones and the two employees forklifted the pallet of them right into my pickup bed outside of garden center. Smooth, quick transaction.

Normally this Garden Crnter is very nice to visit. Plants are well cared for and there is a nice variety to choose from. Personnel is usually very considerate and helpful.
Today was different. I called to find out about Roses. I asked if they had any Jackson & Perkins Roses. She said no but they had other Roses.
I asked if they had any that were not “Knockout” Roses. The sales rep said yes they had knockout Roses I asked again if they had any that were NOT “Knockout” Roses. She said yes there were some. I asked if she knew what brand they were. I was just trying to make sure they were not the knockout variety. Her response was...”Mam, we have plenty of Roses, they are all outside and I’m busy inside, you just need to come in and see them.”
I am only semi-mobile and it is labor intensive for me to go shopping just to browse. I would hope this person gets more friendly training!

Very disappointed in their electrical tool selection. Whoever stocks their tools doesn't know nothing about what we actually do in the field of. Or maybe a certain brand brought out the brand that I'm. If I can't buy a Klein tools from home Depot then I take my business somewhere. So upset after my 10-hour day in 2 hours in traffic
