Was very impressed by the thorough job Viewtifully Clean LLC did on our property. They were willing to take on a hard job that other companies had refused to do. No only did the do a tremendous job, they finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable cleaning company.

Tyler made himself available for a last minute job. He was on time and professional scheduling and providing a quote. He completed the job so well and we are very pleased. We will absolutely call on him again.

Tyler is absolutely amazing!! He took so much care in making sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond to make my house look amazing, cleaning things I didn’t request, like cleaning my trash can and my staircase, windows, etc. I was so impressed! They've done bi weekly cleaning for me for years plus just cleaned our newly renovated home before moving in. They're always great!

Great group of professional cleaners with Team 8 and Team 15. Oksana, Wendy, Alexis and Imane were very friendly and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. The entire team was conscientious and did an amazing job, especially in my large house. Great work in the kitchen, the bathrooms look amazing, and the floors look great! Thanks a bunch!!!

Team 3 (Katelyn and Erica) has been great for our two initial cleans! Everything feels refreshed and looks great by the time they leave. They’re patient and kind to my kids, and they are so thrilled that their beds got made that it’s starting to happen every day! Very eager for our next clean.

We had a new Team 16, Kendall Livingston and Alicia Lopez, and we are very pleased with their performance today! They did an excellent job. This group of workers is great. They are through, efficient and careful. I want them again, Radia and Lorraine were great today. The best team 11 yet!! This day 3/2 was my second experience with this wonderful team. They are by far one of your best teams! Personable, efficient, careful and respectful of me and my stuff. 10/13/21 team just left. Radia and her team did a great job. Although the young man needed proding to complete his tasks. But she mentored him properly. Always great to have Radia come to my home. Today was our second visit from the Cleaning Authority in Newport News and we're very pleased with the service provided. Both teams 14 and 6 were a part of our initial clean to ensure the house was up to the company's standard and we couldn't have been happier! The house looked amazing each time they came and we are looking forward to continued service from these wonderful ladies! I highly recommend their services (definitely worth the price!).

Originally, I was not completely happy with the initial clean two weeks ago! In fact, I was a little hesitant to continue the service. However, the ladies who came today did a fabulous job! I love a clean bathroom smell. It wasn’t an over-powering of chemicals bathroom smell, but a clean bathroom.

Team 6 is simply fantastic! I can't express how pleased I am with their cleaning services. From the moment they arrived, their team was courteous, professional, and oh-so-efficient. They transformed my home into a sparkling oasis, leaving no corner untouched. I couldn't be happier with the results! Amazing team, Oksana & Megan came in for a deep cleaning. They did not miss a thing. Extra care was giving to all our hardwood floors. Highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.

Nikki and Anita are fantastic! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a service to help with our home as our schedules are insane. I am so happy with the Cleaning Authority. Cleaning crew was polite and professional, and the house looks great. They covered all the details I never have time for: baseboards, doors, under bookshelves, etc. This is a great start for maintaining a clean space for my busy family.

Wouldn’t recommend. Scheduled TCA for bi-weekly cleanings. Was quoted over the phone versus in person which I was ok with. Was assured the initial clean would be a thorough DEEP clean and the crew would be here quite a few hours. I was looking forward to this since we were finally getting settled after moving in.

They arrived and stayed only 2 hours. There were many areas in the house that were not touched. It is pretty disappointing when I have to go back through the house and clean immediately after a cleaning company leaves. Fingers prints were still on several windows, dust on fans, dust along base boards, the oven hood still dirty. The areas that were cleaned were done relatively well, but they missed too much for me to have them come again. I cancelled their services after the first visit.

I’d highly suggest printing out a checklist to ensure all areas are cleaned, especially for the first deep clean as that sets the precedence for future.

After our 2 initial cleanings, I am loving having a clean house ❤️ this 2nd visit was a little more hectic as our daughter was home and the ladies of Team 9 were very sweet to her, and even let her chat them up. Very friendly and thorough!!

The first initial clean was amazing. The next few cleans were not good at all. They did not mop our floors. The did not do the cleaning rotation they were supposed to do. They would forget to clean certain areas and rooms. The managers only solution was to send people back out there to do the job they were initially supposed to do. The cleaning was always rushed and never thorough. We needed someone we could trust to clean our home, and they failed us. After giving them multiple chances we gave up on this cleaning company.
