My team has go to be the best one ever!! I have had Gilly for over a year now and her new partner Michelle is great also. They are so kind but also efficient. I so love coming home to my clean house! I love how you fold the toilet paper in a triangle. I recommend you to everyone.

As a returning client for Cleaning Authority, I was a work in for an “emergency“ cleaning (company coming). They set up my cleaning within two days and cleaned my whole house with a team of four people. They listened, attentively to all of my instructions regarding my home. They did a great job. They were quick and efficient. I appreciate the last-minute help. I will continue to use them every two weeks going forward. Thank you Cleaning Authority.

Had an appointment today at 2 pm for price,they called yesterday and asked if they give me estimate over the phone instead ,I aggreed to a 9 am phone call. No one has called or showed up. I would expect at least a reason why Would not recommend them to anyone .

The team that came did an excelling l excellent job! I've been struggling lately with cleaning due to going back to school, working full time, a bum shoulder and taking care of my sick husband that I finally had to give in and get help. I'm so glad I did. They really did a great job!

The Cleaning Authority did a great job for my first cleaning. I have 2 dogs and 5 cats and they tackled the pet hair with no problem. They were professional, brought their own supplies and were very thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Very courteous, professional, and thorough. My bathrooms are shining and the carpet looks great! They made my bed and took out my trash! I enjoy how well my house looks now!

I was on the verge of canceling because the last 2 cleanings were disappointing. Today, Team 18, Kay & Cassie restored my faith in TCA.
They were pleasant as well as thorough. They cleaned surfaces that had not been done in the previous cleanings. More than satisfied with their work. Thank you Team 18 and Yolanda for being flexible.❤️

Gaby and her team are fast, efficient and thorough. She is wonderful with my daughter's dog who is very noisy and my dog who is calm. The house looks great every time they clean.

I love the communication and the cleaning!!! I was well informed of everything right up to ‘your house is our next stop’.
This was very important to us as we have big dogs and my spouse is disabled. I had plenty of warning before they arrived in order to get everything situated.
The cleaning was absolutely awesome!! My house looks and smells great!! I highly recommend TCA, especially Niaisha and Britt!!

Great job today! Today I had the another het honor of experiencing team 10 Gabby and Katelynn.. What a great difference. My beds were made and they wiped my door baseboards. Most of my previous experiences were great . However, I give this team an A plus. They were smiling and greeted me . Just when I was about to cancel this business, this happened. I am going to see if o can get this team. I’m very happy today. Love this business and I highly recommend it . YaLonda, the Supervisor, is awesome and approachable.

The women who came to clean my house were amazing! They were sweet, detail oriented, and worked so hard. I truly appreciate their hard work. Five stars to the awesome ladies that cleaned my house!

The only reason I didn’t give the company 5 stars is because of the office schedulers who claim they can’t give you any kind of time that the cleaners will arrive. I signed up for service and they said I would have a cleaning on 8/29, but never gave me a time frame other than between 8:30 and 2:45. That made it impossible to plan according. I understand they need some flexibility with schedules, but there was no way to know whether they would come in the morning or afternoon and that kinda crazy to me. They should at least be able to let me know the day before an approximate time to plan for. Just my two cents.

Only did the 1st floor. I want to know if you would put polish on the hard wood floors? I would supply the cleaner same with the wood furniture.

I did not receive any service from this company, nor will I. This company was to be my first to consult with after considerable consideration for a house cleaner. I received a post card in the mail advertising their services, so I wen to their website and scheduled for an in-home consultation. They do not offer weekend options for this service, so I arranged to go to work late so I could make/keep the appointment. I scheduled the appt almost 2 weeks ago. I did not receive a confirmation via email, call, or text. The appointment was at 8:30am. I received a phone call at 8:30am. The woman on the phone acknowledged that that an in-home appt was scheduled, but blamed their website that for not advising that it would be over the phone. After pointing out the website said "in-home" and not "over the phone", she then said she could see if she could get someone to my house for the appointment. I told her I was no longer interested and cancelled the appointment. First, I don't appreciate the company not being truthful up front. If you didn't have someone available to do the in-home appointment or if it was a simple oversight, I would have preferred that explanation. I understand that things happen and don't always go as planned. I would have considered a later time frame or even doing it over the phone. Instead, the blame was place elsewhere for not providing me the correct information. Isn't this a known issue then? Why not call me ahead of time and advise? They may do good work if all goes well, but it is little things like this that let me know what I can expect if things don't go well. Time wasted.

Need to change the team, bath room was good,  bedroom did not get good vac and the bed was not properly made, family room was not wet mopped and they left without letting me know they were finished
