Attended a pre-commissioning meeting

This company seems to have a problem when it comes to making deliveries. I had to order the same item four times because they had a problem delivering to my address. Nothing unusual I live in the city on a regular Street. There should be no excuse for non-delivery. After not receiving the item for a fourth time I finally told them to forget it and I would find someone else that carries the product.

This company is super shady. I ordered supplies from them online, followed the coupon code restrictions and some how my total is always $200+ more than had I not used the coupon. I called the 1-800 number and got the run around and was told that certain things I put in my cart was restricted so I removed them and this kept going on until I had nothing left in my cart! So then I started adding things that they said was not restricted and yet, wouldn't you know it, the coupon code still doesn't work. This company is ripping people off with false advertisements and poor customer service.

Rick is so amazing and helpful. I had no maintenance team for a little too long and Rick took his time to explain maintenance to me and help me thoroughly with ordering and was more knowledgeable about the items we use as well as knew our shops layout and helped me restock our shop. He has also made a custom catalog for my property to make it 10x easier to order with him. He has been the best help during this stressful time with no maintenance team.

Scheduled a appointment, didn't call, respond to call or text why no show. Needed a sewage pump changed out so we could use plumbing. He knew had service because pump. He quote 88 an hour 2 to 3 hour to do job. I did it myself in a 1 hour 15 minutes. So Jason thanks for not waste more money. Not professional, poor customer service, won't be business long!

I have worked with Jason multiple times through Lee Property Mgt whom I work for. He always does his best to get back with you as soon as he can. He has done excellent work for us and I have had the pleasure of having him work on our residence and he was both timely, communicative and very pleasant. Amazing service I called at 1030am he showed up and fix my leaking bathroom sink and unplugged the drain and left by 130pm. Three hours from first call to great finish job . Price was Amazingly low for work done .Steve was polite,cortious, and clean doing the work, thencleaned after he was finished . This is the first review I have ever written but it is well deserved.

If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. However, I hope my rating of 1 star reiterates the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service displayed by this company. Day of scheduled appointment the plumbers pulled up to the house and saw landscapers working in the yard and rather than getting out of the work vehicle to speak with the homeowners; they DROVE AWAY. They did not stop to speak with us….just drove away. My husband spoke with Mr. Chaflin on the phone following, and Mr. Chaflin stated no other contractors could be on site. Had Mr. Chaflin and his crew took the time to announce their arrival, they would have been told the landscapers were ending their work upon the their arrival until and the project was completed. A second called was made to Mr. Chaflin by me, and he told me he was with a client and I replied that “you was supposed to be at my house”….someone in the background told him to “just hang up the phone” — and that is what Mr. Chaflin did…. No respect, no courtesy of an explanation, and obviously not concerned about the reputation of his business and its customers, potential or otherwise.

These guys are A-1 in my book! I've used them for two plumbing projects and one gas line project. I've got a home built in 1907 and there has been alot of work arounds and shoddy repairs over the years. Claflin plumbing does all their work CORRECTLY and has long lasting quality. I won't use anyone else! FYI....they use to have alot of reviews and for some reason Google deleted their account. So, this really is my second five star review from them!
