The water at my house was out for over 5 days and after various companies coming out to take a look, I lost hope. Wayne from Roto Rooter came out and finished the just job in a day. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do on scene. Everything is up and running all thanks to him!

I am extremely disappointed with Roto-Rooter. They are overpriced and, based on my experience, do not know what they are doing.

I called them because my laundry room flooded. They charged me $200 just to cut a hole in my wall and “attempt” to fix the pipe. The technician claimed the issue was resolved — yet the very next time I used my washing machine, my washroom flooded again.

I ended up hiring another plumber afterward, a professional with 30+ years of experience, who diagnosed the real issue immediately and fixed it correctly — for a fraction of what Roto-Rooter quoted me.

Paying $200 to have my wall cut open only to still have a flood is unacceptable. If I’m paying professional prices, I expect professional results — not a temporary patch and more damage.

I will not be using Roto-Rooter again and cannot recommend them. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration — call a plumber who knows what they’re doing.

Used this company a couple years ago to repair cracked kitchen drain pipe. They fixed the pipe but this company is way overpriced. They kept increasing the price throughout the repair and ended up costing over a thousand dollars. Their business practices appear to be sketchy at best. I havent used them since and don't ever intend to use them again. Do yourself a favor and seek out an independent plumber or a smaller business to do your plumbing repairs.

Technician Terry was very professional and courteous. I needed a water hook up for an icemaker and a repair of a leaky shower. He was quick and efficient. Thank you Terry, and thank you Roto-Rooter! 😊

Routine faucet job, could have YouTubed it but wanted to save myself the time and have a tech come out. They did, but in so doing fumbled around down there and messed up the disposal. Following Sunday morning they gave me a two hour window for a fix, then every hour sent me a text that I was next in line but they're delayed. Missed my kid's playoff game, ended up sitting around my house all day on the one day off I get. They finally got here in the evening to fix what they broke.

Made the mistake just now of calling to seek a refund for wasting my time on Sunday and the manager seemed utterly confused about why I was calling. He explained he'd give me a small percentage refund but that he wasn't willing to give a full refund even though a full refund would only make a small dent in the value of the time I wasted waiting on this to resolve Sunday. Found that pretty insulting. Genuinely unsure how a company makes $200 million a year in profit by devaluing their customers but guess they figured out a way. So cool, I guess?

Excellent job every time. And if there’s an issue, they’re responsive and my actual technician will call back or come back if necessary. I love the transparency in pricing and guarantee of work. I’d rather pay a little more for the value and peace of mind that the job is being done right (not cutting corners to bring the price down) or if a mistake is made (they’re human) they’ll come back and make things right. I’ve used them several times and will continue to be my go-to plumbers. Also I’ve yet to find another plumbing company that will come out and diagnose for free.

Wayne was awesome! My toilet, sink, and shower were all backed up, and he showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had everything unclogged in no time. He explained what caused it and even gave me tips to help prevent it from happening again. Super professional, respectful, and fair on price. Definitely recommend Wayne if you need a plumber you can trust!

Had a leaky water heater. Justin was dispatched to my house. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem fast. He swapped the faulty water heater out. He was a nice guy and did great work. Would definitely use this company again.

The faucet in my tub was changed out It’s only been one day but so far so good. The gentleman did a great job was polite and speedy. The only county detention center without bond residence police can downside was the price lol

The technician was a friendly and no nonsense guy. Was knowledgeable and swift. The service was overpriced because if I knew what he’d do, I could’ve bought the same tool and work twice as hard as I did before giving up. Anyway, toilet works now and that’s a thanks to Roto Rooter. Also, I totally forgot to ask about any promo codes :/ knew there was plenty online when looking up services and numbers.

I called for assistance with my Electric Water heater, they came out the same day and took a look at it. Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional, their technician Justin seemed extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately the issue was electrical and they were unable to assist and I wasn't charged a cent. Overall they made a great impression, if I ever have any other plumbing related issue they will be the first I call.

Hunter was great. He figured out the problem, explained everything, and got it fixed in no time. He even took a few minutes to answer extra questions I had about the work, what failed, and how he fixed it. He definitely proved that you're paying for knowledge and expertise when you call someone in the trades. Not just parts and time.

Justin was absolutely awesome. He was kind, answered all questions with care and great explanation, and kept me updated on every part of the process from first arriving to project completion. With a full water heater replacement project, he took great care in making sure it was done correctly and efficiently.

​My parents had a bad experience with Roto-Rooter this week. They called for a bathtub leak that wouldn't shut off. The technician stayed for 45 minutes, gave a confusing quote between $300 and $1,400, and then admitted he couldn't actually fix it. He told my parents the only solution was to shut off the water to the entire house from the outside not even requesting to look at the water heater inside of the house.
​My parents then got incontact with a family friend who is a plumber for a second opinion. He knew exactly what was wrong just by looking at a photo. He fixed it in 20 minutes the next morning and pointed out that we didn’t even need to shut the water off outside—there was an interior valve by the water heater the first guy completely missed.
​Roto-Rooter wasted our time and left my parents without water unnecessarily. They need to hire more qualified technicians who know what they are doing.

From my initial call with Ms. Victoria to the professional and thoughtfullness from Mr. Wayne, the service was outstanding! So much so that I decided not to use my home warranty company or the plumber they sent over. I gladly paid them more for the quality and personal connection from start to finish. I am a customer for life now and will recommend them to everyone I know. I never had a company be more compassionate and relatable to our needs. They made me feel like family. Awesome job!!!

Wayne and his helper were very professional and knowledgeable. When they arrived,they started and had the job quickly with no problems.Wayne went over everything they did and explained the warranty. Overall ,l would let them take care of my problem anytime.

I contacted Roto Rooter due to a blockage. Not only was our technician, Justin, there quickly but the level of communication, patience, and customer service I received exceeded my expectations. Roto-Rooter has helped us out twice now. Jan 25 to replace a sewer drain line (inside & outside w a 2-way cleanout) and again this week with a cracked master-bath drain pipe and a garbage disposal replacement. In both instances, response time was immediate and repairs made in timely manner if not same-day for the smaller items. Clear and consistent communications. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Pricing is fair, and the work guaranteed. When it comes to repairs, it takes out the guesswork and the stress. Their technicians have all been super knowledgeable, courteous, effective and willing to answer questions. Roto-Rooter puts its best self forward through a stellar team and customer service - and that doesn't have a price. Grateful.

The technician, Shikean, is excellent, knowledgeable, very efficient, kind and very professional. He knew exactly how to take care of our problem and solved it with precision. He kept the entire working area very clean and tidy. I really appreciate the excellent service I received even during the busy holiday. I also had the pleasure of meeting Thomas, another technician who was very helpful and professional.
