The technician who cleaned my carpet today did an excellent job—very professional and thorough. My concern is with Stanley Steemer’s policy regarding shoe covers. I understand OSHA restrictions on certain types of covers due to fall risk, but there needs to be a non-skid alternative provided.

I have a no-shoes household, and because it was raining, the technician had to walk through my tile floors with wet shoes while cleaning the carpet. This left me needing to re-clean all of my tile floors afterward.

I’m asking the company to consider offering a safe, OSHA-approved, non-slip option so customers like me don’t have to choose between safety and keeping our homes clean.

The guys did a great job. We have a muddy back yard, chickens and dogs plus two teenage boys and a light colored couch. The couch oils nearly new and smells so much better

Service was extremely easy to book, even adding services a couple days before the appt was super convenient. Dylan rocked, he did an outstanding job; asked the proper questions; very informative and super respectful. The only knock was he was a Patriots fan, #GoHawks!

We had Mr. McCoy come in to clean 3 difficult areas for us this morning. He took his time and moved all furniture like a superhero and treated some stubborn spots longer as needed. Mr. McCoy also explained how cleaning works and why some stains come back. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had good demeanour. Overall, he provided an excellent customer service and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! Would hire again!

I was very pleased with my two service professionals, from the beginning to the end. They were friendly, yet professional, and they showed respect to me and my home. I never felt rushed or put off, even after asking 100 questions. They took the time to answer and explain each one of my questions and added additional helpful information.

My overall experience from start to finish in dealing with stanley steamer was very good. I appreciate that when I needed to reschedule there was no hassle to it at all. When I needed to speak to customer service they were always nice and helpful. I also like that I could track when the carpet technician & when he'd be arriving. When Steven arrived, he was very polite and professional. He did a wonderful job in cleaning four rooms, a staircase and hallway. The price was very fair, especially with discounts I qualified for. I'm grateful for the outcome as a whole.

They did a horrible job. It's unacceptable honestly. I have a 5 year old shampooer that does better work then this "cleaning" that was done. I'm honestly very disappointed that a single soul would walk out thinking that they even completed the job. It was the fastest shampoo job I've ever witnessed. Had I been feeling well I would of NEVER accepted this work nor would it been paid for.

We had a serious food spill in a company SUV — Filipino food — and no matter what we did, the smell would *not* come out. We used a Bissell, cleaned it countless times, and tried every deodorizer known to man with zero success. When the heat was turned on, the smell was so strong it was hard to breathe. Windows down, heat blasting… and the stench still found its way right back to us.

At that point, the boss called in Stanley Steemer to clean the upholstery, and we’re very glad he did. The technicians were friendly, professional, and got right to work. They did a thorough job and were great to deal with from start to finish.

So far, so good — the vehicle smells dramatically better. The real test will be once everything is fully dry and the heat hits that seat again, but we’re optimistic. If this works long-term, Stanley Steemer will have officially saved us from the only other solution we could think of: pulling the seat out and setting it on fire. 😄

I recently had my ceramic floors cleaned by Stanley Steemer, and I couldn't be more impressed! The technician, Chris Johnson came to my home and was absolutely amazing. He took his time, was incredibly patient, and was very thorough in his work. My floors have never looked cleaner! It's clear that he takes pride in his job, and the level of detail he provided made a significant difference. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer

My service technicians were outstanding. They educated me on the process and explained problem areas and provided solution to solve them . They were truly knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them both. Great job!! Only problem was they are Eagles fans. Go Ravens!!!

I had great service. Tre was punctual and efficient. He was very meticulous and even asked of my concerns. I really liked him asking me to approve each piece of upholstery before he moved to the next one. He was also very attentive about the cleanup. I could not have asked for better service. No more naps or stains. Plus, I was very pleased with the price.
