David did excellent job. The carpet looks almost brand new. He arrived within my time window and didn't take long to finish. I really appreciate that he cleaned up after he finished, by mopping up any water left in my hallway. I will use Stanley again and request David.

We hired the local Stanley Steamer branch to come in house to clean our 9x6 area rug. One of our dogs urinated on the rug and they explained that an off site cleaning would be more appropriate. Though twice the cost and 63% of the price of the rug, we love that rug so we agreed.

This happened on 4 September 25 with a return date of 2 October 25. The technician was professional and very nice while here. I called the branch around 20 october 25 and they said it hasn't been finished yet. Its now been 90 days... still no rug. The branch has made zero effort to keep us informed on the status, to elevate our invoice, and or expedite our ticket to get us our rug back. Its now 23 November and we are still waiting on our area rug with no updates or communication from the local branch.

Im at the point where if my rug is STILL not cleaned. I want both my rug and the money I paid for this service back. Its extremely unacceptable. I could accept a few weeks after the required delivery date, but its now been 200% longer then they informed me it would have taken.

Stanley Steemer staff was extremely professional and personal. He completed the job independently and educated throughout the process. He was efficient and quick. I will be reusing his services again because it is hard to find these qualities in services nowadays. Keep up the good work.

My daughter spilled a WHOLE mug of coffee on my carpet and couch. Called Stanley Steemers and they sent someone over the same day! Steven was great, explained the process thoroughly and got every bit of the coffee out of both the carpet and couch and also some slime from the night before.

I paid for dryer hose service. After that crew left I noticed no airflow a d the dryer wasn't getting clothes dry. Stanley Steamer sent Parker & McCoy out to trouble shoot the issue. They were fantastic! They saw that my line got crushed at some point and they fixed it, at no cost to me. They were professional and kind, and cleaned up too. I am impressed and grateful!

Donnell from Stanley Steemer did an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning the six rooms in my mother's house today. I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

The carpets looked tired and heavily trafficked before he started, but now they look and feel brand new! He was punctual, courteous, and clearly took great pride in his work, making sure to hit every spot and address any specific concerns we had.

The tech Mr. Crew was a professional and polite from the time he walked in my door though the completion of the job. I would recommend Stanley Steemer and especially Mr. Crew above anyone else or any other company. And the price was very acceptable.

We had air duct and dryer vent cleaning, plus installation of a UV light in the HVAC system. They did a good job, but forgot to vacuum a sizable amount of debris left on the upstairs carpeting outside the bathroom. Otherwise, this would have been a 5-star review. He did a good job explaining what they were doing and what they found in the air ducts. He also took pictures and shared them with us.

With my permission via phone call, Tech James Kelson responded a half hour earlier to our job of rug cleaning rooms, staircase & hallway. He did a fantastic job. Carpets all look great. James was very professional & courteous!!
