Mr Jenkins of Extremely Clean Carpet is the real deal. He has been cleaning my carpets for several years and does excellent work EVERY time. He has a way of making 20+year old carpet look like new.

We agreed that he would come to my house between 12 and two for estimate. He never showed up and he never called. I ended up calling him and then he agreed to come the next day at noon. He never showed up and he never called. That’s when I said your services are no longer required. How can you run a business like that?

I thought I'd take a chance on the small business guy, instead of the usual go-to Stanley Steamer for cleaning my furniture. Rob did not disappoint.
