Jacob Seaburg came by this afternoon to give us a quote to replace our 22 year old roof. Jacob was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and after checking our roof and showing us the drone photos, he let us know our roof is not in need of replacement at this time. Such honesty and integrity is refreshing. No pressure tactics at any time. He left us with two quotes for consideration and texted us our roof pictures shortly thereafter. Thank you!! Based on our experience today, I will definitely consider The Roofing Company when we are ready to replace our roof in the near future.

The Roofing Company has done several roofs for us, and they have retained our trust. We had one issue created by a former employee, but that was promptly resolved by Brian when he became aware of it. Their complementary annual inspections will keep our roof, chimneys and vents in great shape for years to come, and we're looking to them for help with our gutter, too.

My wife and I chose the Roofing Company to install a new roof on our house in Kiln Creek. They installed a GAF Roof with the Golden Pledge Warranty and we are excited to have the peace of mind that comes with not having to worry about our roof for a long time. They recently came out for our one year check up to make sure that everything is holding up well. We noticed a difference with our roof the first time a heavy rain came through and all we heard inside the house was silence. We do like the sound of rain drops but the peace and quiet was wonderful as well. They went above and beyond what we expected, replacing fascia boards that were rotting and installing them in a way to prevent the rot from coming back. They installed kickback flashing to keep the water away from the siding and walls of the house and copper pipe collars that not only look pretty but will last the test of time. We cant be happier with the service that we got from both Greg, Brian as well as the entire crew that came out. Thank you all for everything that you did for us.

I absolutely love the solar tubes!! And solar night lights! Solar tubes were not new to me as we have one in the stairwell and my mom has a couple, but I underestimated the difference they would make upstairs. With the light from the bedroom windows overflowing into the hallway I would have never had the tubes installed, but I had already bought them when our house was being built so just went with it ... so glad I did!! Ken was the first face of the company that I saw and was great. He checked out the areas where I wanted the solar tubes, took pictures, then sat down with me and explained everything. He suggested adding the solar nightlights which again didn't seem like a big deal to me, but they inadvertently made the project less expensive due to the solar rebates available so it was a no-brainer. And, I love the solar nightlights!! It will be great when my grandkids are here and get up in the middle of the night ... they can see to get to the bathroom without flipping on lights!! Kevin was the man that did the work. He contacted me to let me know he was on the way, arrived at the appointed time, did an awesome installation job, and cleaned up after himself. The solar nightlights did not come in in time, but arrived after he was at my house so, yes, he drove back to the office/warehouse to get them so he could complete the job that day! Kind, polite, professional, and a job well done ... what else could one ask for?!?!? Ken came out the beginning of November and estimated a February install. It was a month later before I pulled the trigger and said let's do this. I was never given a new date, but I assumed that now it wouldn't be till March. Seven days later I received a phone call; there was a cancelation and my solar tubes were installed 8 days after I signed the contract!! Win, Win!! In the photos below, I covered the solar tubes for the "before" pic so you could see the difference. Today is actually a cloudy, overcast day, but you can still see what a huge difference it makes.The 3rd pic is at night to give you an idea of the amount of light the solar nightlights produce.

Our home is a blend of industrial style skylights with a flat roof on a residential home, the Roofing Company had all the commercial and residential in-house knowledge to do our work, but also the kindness and flexibility to recognize that we are homeowners and not a large corporation. They customized unique solutions for our home and worked with us on schedule adjustments. Chuck, Greg, and CJ in particular were an outstanding team. Well worth the money!

Scheduling was incredibly fast and easy, and the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very respectful of our home and left our carpets looking and smelling completely refreshed.

They did an absolutely incredible job reviving our old living room carpets and making them look fluffy again. The technician was so friendly and worked quickly to get the entire job done without any hassle.

They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. The man who came to the house was very nice and worked hard the entire time. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet and got every single mark out. The floors dried fast and looked perfect before my next guests arrived. Always quiet

I have contracted CJ’s Window cleaning in Hampton, Va. to clean all 32 windows in my house including the screens and tracks. I met him while he was working to replace skylights and roof on my Sun Room. He and his partner did great quality work in a timely manner; so I asked if they could repair a sagging interior ceiling in that same Sun Room. They were very familiar with my soffit style plastic ceiling and just completed the repair as scheduled (11/26/2022) that took about three hours at a very reasonable cost. I have asked three other contractors to repair that ceiling and none would touch it, said it was too difficult and expensive to mess with that type of ceiling. Cj’s window cleaning is more than a window washer; he is a very capable general handyman. In addition to the window contract, I have asked him for a quote on installing a storm door. This is outside their normal scope but I have high confidence in their ability and look forward to the window cleaning and a quote for the new storm door installation.
