Being a property manager is hard, but when you have an elite team you can call like VA Coastal Group, it takes a whole lot of stress off of you. I use them for all sorts of cleaning services, deep cleaning Class A buildings, power washing, water extractions, window washing, etc. They’re always ready on call and will always have my business.

I would highly recommend T and F professional services. The word professional in the company’s name is an accurate description of the work provided. I am completely satisfied with the job performed and I’m looking forward to using them for my future projects.

This is the first google review I have ever written. I called about a small leak in my roof (we noticed some we cardboard boxes in our eves) The rep came out, spent an hour and a half looking over the roof, climbed on top, checked over everything and came back to me with his recommendations, "You had one (1) nail up. I hammered it down, added some caulk, checked over the rest of the roof, and did a couple of quick fixes. You should be all set. Call me in 5 years when you need a new roof." I was out of work at the time (covid). Talk about a weight off my shoulders.
I am not looking forward to purchasing a new roof when necessary (no one looks forward to that). But I know exactly who I will call when I need one. The Roofing Company, through their outstanding customer service, has earned my business and my recommendation. I will shout their name to anyone I care about who needs a roof.

Great place to do business with! Chuck came out and gave all of the options we had regarding replacing a section of our roof. Worked around our specifications and James had it done in 1 day. Highest quality work and a clean workspace when they were done. We are so happy with this choice.

When our roof started leaking, even though it was during a high-volume repair period, Chuck was able to get our damage accessed and put us on the list for a work crew incredibly quickly. Adrien, who has been foreman on several projects for us, coordinated well with the plumber (relocating a poorly placed pipe that was a point of water infiltration). And when more damage, caused by a poor roof installation by our home's previous owners, threated to void our entire warranty, he got the problem resolved for us quickly and without breaking our budget. Better yet, his crew did such a good job that the inspector that came out to check on our roof-perimeter pest-control seal afterward said it was the best job he'd ever seen and that Adrien 'definitely did you a solid.' Only the highest of praise for TRC!

The Roofing Company is a great company for all types of outdoor repairs. I had my roof replaced and it made the house look brand new! This is the third year since they installed it and they still come out and check on it. They are very professional and knowledgeable. It was the best decision I ever could have made. Keep up the good work!

Adrian did an outstanding job with our roof repairs. He kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the day with voicemail and pictures.

Three C's were involved with our new roof installment. Cost, Communication, and Clean up. From our initial cost assessment with Chuck to the clean up crew we were very satisfied. Every step along the way we were kept informed about what was happening next, and when it would be done. I never had to call and question what was going on or when they were coming to do the work. Greg was a great onsite project manager. He kept us informed on how the job was going, what extra needed to be done and why. ( He was even nice to the dog!) I was extremely happy with the clean up after the roof was finished. They can come and clean up around my house anyday! Sorry I never got to meet James.

I was pleased from beginning to end. I appreciated the initial consult and detailed discussion which led to the purchase of he new roof. We waited a brief period of time for the installation due to scheduling and of course weather. I didn't need to take time off from work during installation. The crew was professional, worked hard, stayed late and cleaned up the few remnants in the yard. I'm completely satisfied with the service and workmanship. Thank you for a great job well executed!

Jay Rosen was here today -- for over four hours -- to replace 3 roof pipe collars and one electrical mast collar that were way beyond their life expectancy. I know how careful and professional his work was because I could see him from my desk.

So far, all of my interactions with The Roofing Company have been very professional and reputable. Ken Ashcom took the original order, and I found no fault with him either.

My schedule was accommodated as needed, and I am pleased with the company. I will certainly consider them when I have to replace my shingles, which will be in the next few years.

We recently had our roof and skylights replaced. Jason initially came out for the estimate and evaluation. Very pleased with the information and recommendations he provided. Jay and Kevin came next to do a site check and to measure the skylights. On install day, the crew showed up at 7:00 a.m. and by 7:30 the old shingles were being scraped and removed. Had a minor mishap with the skylights not being the correct size but Jay got the issue corrected the same day. One concern I had was that at least one of the crew was smoking a cigarette while working on the roof and it was breezy that day and another crew member dropped (totally unexpected) a hammer through one of the open skylight holes and it slightly damaged an end table. We have received several compliments from our neighbors on the roof and would certainly recommend The Roofing Company, Inc. to anyone in our area interested in roof and skylight replacement.

We have an old house with a "complicated" roof. The Roofing Company provides excellent diagnostics and repairs. Mike and James are great to work with! Mike explained the work thoroughly, and he and James were very careful placing ladders etc. to avoid damaging shrubbery. They finished the job quicker than I expected. We've had several hard rains since the work was done and no signs of any leaks! I will continue to use The Roofing Company and recommended them to neighbors.

The Roofing Company performed admirably. They removed the old roof, skylights, and damaged plywood quickly and with minimal disturbance. As outlined in their work performance briefing they continually kept up with area cleaning and provided walkways to outside doors. The work crew was friendly and hard working. I never saw them take a break. The kind of workers we all wish worked for us. Management was always on site to answer questions and provide insight. I purchased new skylights with internal blinds. After a few days with these I don’t understand how I got along without them all these years. They are incredible and although I cannot factually identify the cost savings in my electric bill, I truly believe they’ve cut down on my air conditioning usage. Great job all around. Highly recommend.

We recently had a free estimate for repair with Chuck! He took his time doing the inspection and explained things to us clearly. He was professional and kind. When we made the appointment Sabrina was patient and helpful! We are looking forward to completing this job with them as well any others we will have in the future.
