I am so happy that I chose The Roofing Company to complete my roofing repairs! After the bad wind storm we had, I noticed that I had multiple shingles down and an exposed part of my roof. I moved into my house a year ago as a first time home buyer and I have never had any need to contact a roofer. I called around and what I loved most about The Roofing Company is that they provide free estimates (as long as you aren't selling the house) and that they really worked with me to get someone here as soon as possible. Brain came out to do the estimate and he explained the process to me and he was very kind and knowledgable and the estimate was very reasonable. The person that came out and completed the work was Adrian and he was amazing!!! Even though I wasn't home, he kept me updated via text messages (since I couldn't accept calls at the time) and he sent me detailed email messages with pictures showing the before and after pics and all the work that was completed. He not only repaired the shingles, but he inspected my roof, fixed some of my gutters and resealed my PVC pipes at no extra charge!!! Adrian went above and beyond and when he came back to finish the job, he was very kind and understanding! I will definitely be using The Roofing Company for all my roofing needs in the future and would recommend them to anybody in the area!

Make sure you get multiple quotes before you go with the Roofing Company. We have had an active leak in an addition of our home (about 300 square feet) since December. We called The Roofing Company out since they were the ones who did the inspection on our home when we bought it and they told us that we needed to replace three rows of shingles which we paid them $2,300 to do. However, the roof continued to leak. We called the Roofing Company back out and they said we needed metal wrap around the addition to prevent the leak. So we spent another $3,939 to do that. The roof continued to leak and the Roofing Company kept returning to our property to conduct water tests to see where the water was coming in. They finally discovered it was in the window and wanted to charge us $950 just to look at the problem—that was not the cost to fix it. We went with another contractor who fixed it perfectly for $567 the first time—including a service fee to assess the issue. We recently discovered that the roof is still leaking and it’s from the flashing and The Roofing Company basically told us that they recommended replacing the roof in the first place (this was suggested repair in the original work order) and that they would need to replace the entire roof to fix the flashing.

At this point we have called in another roofing professional who found a ton of issues that The Roofing Company missed and is fixing them for a much more reasonable rate and much faster. We had an active leak in our home and The Roofing Company was routinely scheduling work for 6-9 weeks out. We will not be using such a large company again. All of this is compounded by the fact that they are very difficult to get in touch with. The first time I reached out to them I had to call the salesman 3 times just to get a response. I have routinely emailed their office without receiving a response. In all, we have had this leak for 7 months and we feel like the Roofing Company misdiagnosed the leak multiple times and we paid a lot of money for repairs that didn’t work.

We also had to call The Roofing Company back out to our property on two occasions because work was incomplete or completed incorrectly. We had new gutters installed as part of the second work order and they were installed so poorly that one downspout was literally hanging off of our house and wasn’t even attached. They also didn’t complete the metal wrap work order and we had to call them back out to complete that. They also somehow missed this huge problem when they did our home inspection.

Long story short. Do your due diligence in getting multiple quotes before going with The Roofing Company. And be prepared to be persistent and patient.

The re-roofing of my 1921 Bungalow has not gone as smoothly as I had hoped, however The Roofing Company has stepped up to the plate and sent people out to repair the leaks. Don't know what went wrong but they have stood behind their work and have made it right.

I cannot recommend this company and will not engage their services in the future. Their quoting process is inadequate, resulting in unexpected expenses and delays. Despite significant portions of our project becoming unnecessary, the savings were minimal due to prolonged work on other areas. While we avoided surpassing the projected hours for the entire project, the lack of transparency regarding start dates and communication shortcomings were major issues. Despite assurances of follow-up from their office, we were consistently left in the dark and had to initiate all communication. This has been one of my most unsatisfactory experiences with a contractor, and I have no intention of working with them again. Their failure to adhere to timelines and accurately quote projects is unacceptable. Regardless of any warranty coverage, I will not permit this company to return to my property. Attempts to address concerns with them have only yielded evasive, corporate responses.

From the start, The Roofing Company was awesome. Ken came out for my quote and spent over 2 hours answering questions and showing me different options. After I decided on everything, Greg got in contact with me. He was assigned to the job. Greg was amazing. He came out 2 times before actual installation and was always on time, professional, and patient with me. The day of installation- my house required more work than originally expected. The additional work orders and cost were fully explained and handled. Greg and the crew put on a beautiful roof and I could not be happier.

I recently had my roof replaced by The Roofing Company, a very large home that is now an Air B&B. It was excellent on on every level... the crew were exceptional and the end result was simply fantastic. My Project Manager was Rick Mulligan, and he was absolutely wonderful. Rick kept me in the loop at every phase, and answered any questions for me. He was polite and professional, and I couldn't be more pleased with his management of the project, and of the crew. I would absolutely recommend Rick and the Roofing Company to anyone having their roof done. Enough said, "THE PROOF IS IN THE ROOF!"

James (Ziggy) was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, attentive and professional. He did a roof repair on my parent's house. James worked in a timely manner and was quite knowledgeable as well. He kept an upbeat demeanor throughout their encounters. What a great and positive experience. James is definitely a great addition to the Roofing Company family.

We were in desperate need of a new roof on a portion of our house. Chuck Simpson with The Roofing Company was recommended to me by a reliable friend in the construction business. Setting up a meeting with Chuck was easy. He came out to assess the roof and explained everything there was to know thoroughly with no pressure. The price was right so we went for it. The Project Manager we worked with was Rick. Setting up the job with Rick was an easy process. He explained everything about what we could expect. The day of the job, the crew showed up on time and knocked it out quickly the same day. We weren't around so Rick kept me in the loop as the job progressed. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with everything. Thank you to Chuck, Rick, and the rest of the team we worked with! I have already recommended The Roofing Company to a family member as well as a friend, and would recommend them to you as well.

Rich, our project manager, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was actually able to complete my project ahead of schedule.

There were some issues but Rich was quick to respond and handle.

Dennis and his crew did a great job on our roof, couldn't be more pleased! Dennis was great at communicating with us regarding the status of our project since we were out of town. Even when we returned and had questions, he was quick to fix a little hiccup and really went out of his way to make us happy quickly and with great talent.Would highly recommend him as a supervisor and the company for a smooth and excellent job.

Jacob came out and gave us an estimate for new gutters. Really professional, respectful and thorough. Explained the product well and didn’t press me into a decision on the spot.

Had my roof replaced today. Excellent workmanship, very professional crew, extremely proficient in roofing, and took the extra care to clean up and completely sweep the yard, flower beds and driveway for debris and nails. I would highly recommend The Roofing Company for all your roofing needs.

Chuck came to discuss our roofing job and gave us an estimate. We have an old slate roof and were concerned about how the work would be done. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We were kept well informed about scheduling.

Kevin S. and James Z. did the repairs on our roof. They were diligent, professional, personable and friendly. They let us know what they would be doing before they started; they answered our questions. They worked efficiently and carefully and really knew what they were doing up on the roof! A third young man also helped on the last day but can't recall his name. When they were finished each day they left a clean work area. We are very pleased with the completed job.

Because of a death in the family we had to reschedule the start of our job. The company was cooperative and easy to work with to reschedule.

It is good to know that we can depend on The Roofing Company to do an excellent job if and when we need any future roofing work done. We would highly recommend The Roofing Company.

From Jason the estimator/ contracts coordinator to Jay the site manager, Kevin and Jonathan the copper pipe cover installers, the Spanish speaking Foreman and his roofing team, each putting forth 110% from start to completion of our 25-year complete roof replacement. every person was professional, very knowledgeable and passionate about their area of work expertise. they are kind, personable and caring about the customer and project. the warranty and yearly inspection of the roofing gives the homeowner piece of mind for their roof's future performance.

Kevin Saunders replaced 5 vents on our roof. He was extremely courteous and professional. The job was done with great attention to detail and efficiency. He kept us informed of the job progress and explained all charges. Once he finished, everything was left in perfect order, without a trace of evidence that repairs had been done to our roof (of course except for the new vent fixtures). I have been extremely happy with The Roofing Company over the years and plan on calling them again as needed.

The responsiveness of The Roofing Company from start to finish was top notch. We filled out an online request form at night for a roof replacement estimate and were contacted immediately. Ken came out to the house and spent well over an hour and a half inspecting not only the roof but the attic as well. He presented us with several options, explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.

After performing our due diligence and receiving quotes from other companies, we ultimately chose The Roofing Company based on their presentation, professionalism and pricing.

We were contacted by Debbie at the office who set an install date approximately two weeks out. We were happy to be contacted by Greg a day later who said he could fit us in a bit earlier than expected. He then came out to the house a few days before the install to set our expectations and review the entire process.

The crew showed up on time, performed the install flawlessly and then cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. It was as if they were not even there.. except for the new roof of course.

If you are on the fence about which company to select for your roofing needs, you owe it to yourself to choose The Roofing Company.

We will be recommending to our friends and family any chance we get.

4 June 2024 update: the owner of The Roofing Company reached out to me to ask for a meeting to discuss my concerns. I visited his facility and learned about their investments in training and quality - it is quite impressive. We also discussed their estimating processes, causing me to retract my previous (unfavorable) posting. Estimating is very hard with many unforeseen variables, and I accept that sometimes they can be off - it’s unavoidable.
The owner also visited my home to look at other roofing matters . He is eminently knowledgeable and professional with many years of experience and useful roofing demonstration aids.
The Roofing Company is a high-end roofer with top-quality, and a very wide range of product and service offerings - check them out if you need a roofing project done!

Outstanding service!
Mike, Kris and Jacob did an outstanding job installing gutter guards and new downspouts. They were polite, professional and easy to work with. The process was explained to me from the beginning phase to the final phase.

Mike and Mickey repaired the aluminum siding on our house to install a vapor barrier behind the siding. They took great care in removing and reinstalling the siding avoiding the need to replace any of the siding pieces. Very easy to work with, very professional. Great job!

Roof was replaced in 2017. This year some shingles were raised up from the base. Won't go into specifics of what problem was. But was charged 2,477 dollars to repair a roof that is than 10 years old. Instead of admitting that job may not have been done right in the first place; was told "my house wasn't built right". House was built in 1974.
