I cannot say enough about Tidewater Property Preservations. I purchased Gutter Cleaning and Ultimate House Package that included the roof, house, driveway, and sidewalk . They were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Prices were competitive and mailer discounts are available. The team arrived on time, were efficient and did an excellent job.

Although I was at doctors office at the time my WH went from 300 or so wh to 500 or better wh, so needless to say I am very happy with the results and will recommend Tidewater Property Preservation in the future to who ever request such information.

These guys are awesome! Quick with the estimate and scheduling. I forget the names of the two people they sent out, but they were great. They made sure not to wreck my Window Boxes. They did everything
quoted with great care and respect. They informed us of a roofing problem as well.

Tidewater Property Preservation LLC has been the best power washing company I have ever used for my house. I've used this company several different times and have always gotten great results. In the past, I've used several other companies because I've been in my house over 10 years and in addition, our housing complex HOA always surveys and sends pictures to the homeowners for things that need to be done to keep our houses and community looking it's best. None of the other companies I've used have been as good as Tidewater Property Preservation LLC. This company has always been reliable and obviously uses quality products, because my house power washing appears to last longer than my neighbors. This company is very professional and does quality work. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Steve and Brandon were excellent - very professional, thorough, hardworking, personable, and communicated very well about project. Ramone gave me the estimate and explained the options for the project. Price was very fair for all the work. I elected to go with the full project from the roof, soffits, exterior brick, walkways, driveway, porch, deck, mailbox and pool deck. The quality of the work was outstanding! Highly recommend - Ramone was right - they knocked our socks off!

My roof on the shady side was very discolored with mildew, mold, etc. It was significantly better after the first application, but still discolored and quite streaky.
I called them and they came right back out and did another application. After this, the discoloration was all gone, and the shingles looked uniformly great. I should add that this is 21 year-old asphalt shingle roof.

Tidewater Property Preservation did an awesome job of cleaning my house, deck, and roof. Before there were much green material growing on the siding and especially the roof. It was nice and clean after they finished.

From start to finish We had an excellent experience. I have a toddler and a new baby so Antonio and his team were fast and efficient. Everything with the installation process and the app to use the lights was explained and all my questions answered. Everyone I dealt with at this company was friendly. I also was able to get my gutters cleaned and an outlet in the front of my house installed! It has been really fun getting to know the different settings I can use my lights app for. My son is loving the current halloween lights!
