Josh and team have been phenomenal on a challenging issue that presents itself intermittently with my water heater. Quick to respond and solution the issue without being overbearing and feel like im being 'sold' on things that are not needed. Trustworthy, responsive, friendly. A strong asset to our business community. I highly recommend for any of your needs.

The service was exceptional! In 23 years that I've been in my home, William at Griffin Air is by far the finest service person to arrive. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I absolutely have every intention of using Griffin from now on.

Griffin Air recently installed a new heat pump package for me, and I am definitely a satisfied customer. Sears and William showed up on time, explained their process, and soon had the new system in place. They were both professional, friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up the site completely. Sears walked us through the new wifi thermostat and answered every question we had. No one likes to replace a heat pump, but Griffin Air took the sting out of it, and we are glad to have reliable A/C now. I recommend them without reservation.

Wow! They were at my house within 45 min. to an hour of my call! Luckily it was a heat pump repair that was covered under warranty and there was NO CHARGE! Not even for labor! What a blessing right at Christmas time for this single momma! The technician, Ryan was an awesome help and gave me some great pointers and suggestions for thermostats and general upkeep of my heating system. Thank you Ryan and Thank you Griffin Air!

Griffin air fixed the issue with my HVAC quickly and efficiently. The technician was on time, very polite, and friendly. He did a great job explaining the issue and the options to fix. The price was very fair as well. I definitely recommend this company to all.

My husband and I just recently purchased a home in Middlesex County and were in need of a heating and air company. Griffin Air was referred to me by a neighbor who highly recommended them. Of course they did not disappoint! Ryan was my technician and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Another tech, I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, joined him at one point to help and he was just as professional. Afterwards they explained everything to me in depth, cleaned out my systems, and gave me great suggestions. I’m all for supporting local businesses and this one is definitely a blessing to have available in our area! Thank you guys and I for sure will be seeing you again in the fall!

Ryan came the next day when I called to have my Mitsubishi split serviced! He explained everything he was doing, got the cleaning done, cleaned up and was ready to go in less than an hour. Gave me some great options to keep my unit clean year round. Friendly, hard-working, and knowledgeable! We will recommend him to friends.

Griffin Air is a top notch company. We recently had an issue with our air conditioning unit where as it stopped working. We contacted Griffin Air and they had Josh come the next day. Well josh was very prompt and courteous with the troubleshooting and diagnosis of our system. He had it up and running in little or no time, He also thoroughly checked our system over and after repair he gave it a clean bill of health.

I recently contacted Griffin Air to evaluate a problem I was having with a gas back up heat pump system. Griffin was referred to me by a friend. Their response to my call for first time service was very prompt and their dedication to resolving a challenging problem could not have been better. Most importantly they resolved the problem. Griffin is "quality operation", fairly priced with knowledgeable and friendly service people. Based on this experience I contracted Griffin as my annual service provider.

Great service, quick. We have a heat pump issue and Mr. Griffin was able to respond literally within minutes...on a weekend. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and it was immediately evident that he takes pride in the quality of his work. Will definitely use again.

I love Griffin Air. Kenny and Dion came out fixed our units found the problem in less then 5 minutes. ( We have had another company out here 3 times and they couldn’t find the problem.) Kenny and Dion are so professional, on time and so respectful. I love that they wear foot covers it just shows the level of respect they have for their customers homes. Recommend this company 100% we liked them so much we signed up for VIP membership on the spot. They will now come me out twice a year to service our units (in this day and age it’s just one last thing to worry about)

Griffin Air went above and beyond to immediately set up temporary air conditioning for me at my home when my 32 year old unit died on a hot and humid Friday evening. They were lifesavers, and simply amazingly responsive when we really needed immediate help.

After repairing our overage HVAC system over several seasons and becoming disappointed with the service of our long term big HVAC company we decided to look into replacing our system with a smaller company. Griffin Air did not disappoint. After receiving several quotes from different people we were happy with the thoroughness of what Griffin came back with, competitive pricing and ability to patiently explain our options. Since we were in the middle of a heat wave and our system was out, we got lucky in that they were able to have our unit delivered and installed within a couple days. I would recommend them on the basis of their transparency and honesty.
