We had Griffin Air install a new heat pump system in a small house. The cost was very reasonable - less than any other bid - and the service was phenomenal. The crew was very professional. They explained everything, completed the work in short order and cleaned up afterwards. We also use Griffin Air for our main home and we have never had a problem or complaint. Whenever I have a problem, they literally show up in less than an hour. Seriously, one of the best businesses I have ever worked with.

Update: had them come out for a service call 160dollars and then 160 an hour to put a 15 minute part that cost 55 dollars. No happy I will be looking elsewhere before I use them again for a better price.

Griffin Air is, without question, the best HVAC company anywhere. They respond quickly, fix the problem professionally and their prices are very reasonable. They have done a lot of work for me and they never disappoint. Yesterday, during a 6-month checkup, Kenny discovered a problem caused by another company and quickly fixed it, saving me health and financial problems in the future. If there were 6 stars. Griffin Air would get them!

Josh and the Griffin Air team did a great job evaluating our needs and working with me within my budget. They provided all the necessary details up front and the installation was completed quickly. To Josh, I'd give you 6 stars if I could! To Diamond and Ryan, I know it's your job, but your promptness, politeness, and professionalism was on point. My wife and I really appreciate the help and suggestions for the future so we could keep on enjoying our 4th celebration at our little piece of heaven (even though it had gotten as hot as the place opposite of heaven!!!). Our very old house needed mini splits put in. The guys from Griffin came out and made it happen! There were probably 7 or 8 guys here. Dion,Kenny, and Billy are the names we remember, but all of them were so kind and professional. They loved on our dog and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Definitely would use them again.

Josh has a great team of people working for him. I've met 4 of them over the last two months. Ryan came out and took a look at my dying system and managed to limp me through to the spring. Josh came out and helped me with what system i should go with. Today Sears and James came out and installed my new system. They did an awesome job doing the install.
