PH&A technician Elijah arrived today to service our heat pumps and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was courteous and knowledgeable. A capacitor was replaced on one of our condensing units and all equipment was cleaned and inspected thoroughly. We are glad we chose PH&A to service our equipment going forward and highly recommend them to all.

Wonderful first time experience with PHA! Thank you to amazing tech, Seth, and to the ladies with scheduling- Jessica, Samantha and Mary Ann for maintenance. They were able to get us help within 24 hours of calling, so our 78* indoor heat could be addressed.
Seth was incredible- patient, shared his knowledge of how things work with the systems so I could better understand and friendly above all else which was so appreciated.

I also appreciated the text of confirmation before our tech arrived- with photo of who to expect… and a call confirming he was on the way. All positives for this company and our home cooled down quickly once issue was fixed.

All of the service technicians with Peninsula Heating and Air have been polite, professional, and quite competent. However, with Johnathan, they might have a potential shining star.
He was absolutely above and beyond!!
