PH&A technician Elijah arrived today to service our heat pumps and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was courteous and knowledgeable. A capacitor was replaced on one of our condensing units and all equipment was cleaned and inspected thoroughly. They were able to get us help within 24 hours of calling, so our 78* indoor heat could be addressed. Seth was incredible- patient, shared his knowledge of how things work with the systems so I could better understand and friendly above all else which was so appreciated. Thank you. All of the service technicians with Peninsula Heating and Air have been polite, professional, and quite competent. However, with Johnathan, they might have a potential shining star. Recently our HVAC stopped working days before I was due to deliver a baby. We called and asked for help, and Peninsula went out of their way to coordinate a service call the same day, sending Justin (best tech EVER) to save the day. Justin diagnosed the problem in minutes, had the spare part on his truck, and had our HVAC back up and running that afternoon. This is a company that truly takes care of people, not just a company that does business. Very grateful for Justin and the admin team at Peninsula!!!
James showed up promptly and prepared. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Our generator had shown an error code and had not come on during a recent power outage. James explained the various reasons for this and informed us of what he was finding as he checked over the system. As the battery was 5 years old, he replaced it and ran it through a final check. We are very pleased - and relieved - to have this service accomplished so quickly and completely. Communication with PHA is also excellent. The office staff were responsive to our needs and set up servicing promptly. Thank you PHA.
Everyone was amazing from the technications that installed my air conditioner from Jessica and the ladies on spoke to on phone I apologize for now remembering all the names. I just lost my husband 7 months ago and I was treated amazing and kind and supportive by your employees. Thank you my heart
