    During the record high heat in July 2019, our AC was not working properly. A technician arrived within an hour of our call. He was able to quickly determine the problems and recommend that the 17 year old unit be replaced. We were able to limp through several weeks at the cost of a higher electric bill. A new unit was ordered and installed. The installation technicians were very conscientious and efficient. Harrison M&E is a real plus for Smithfield area residents.
