I contacted this company on March 25, 2022 and an appointment was scheduled for Geoff to come to my home to quote a bathroom/closet remodel project. Geoff came out on May 18, 2022 and took measurements etc. I heard nothing back so on August 17, 2022 I followed up about the quote. I was told that they would check in with Geoff about the status of the quote. I never heard anything else from this follow-up so I emailed again on October 3, 2022 and told Ms. Meats that if CB Chandler was not going to send an estimate or my project wasn't something they wanted to do that's fine but please just communicate that to me. I was emailed the following message: "I am so sorry! I thought this had already been sent to you. We are still interested in bidding your project. I just ensured the file is on Geoff’s desk and in front of him. He is going to try to get the proposal out to you today, but it may be tomorrow. Again, I apologize for the length of time this has taken. Geoff does not normally take months. He has been in the field dealing with issues at different job sites, and I’m afraid your proposal slipped through the cracks." I was again promised by Ms. Meats that Geoff would have me something by the end of the week of October 5. It's now January 13, 2023, and still no quote. Don't let this company waste your time like they did mine.
Poor quality craftsmanship all around. No site management or direction for trades. If Logan is in charge of your project......run! One of the worst tile jobs I have seen. Electricians not capable of using a tape measure. 30k project ran months over projection. House turned over without proper cleaning. Damages to blinds, toilets, bath tub, doors, ect. Didn't turn off HVAC while doing work and almost ruined air handler. Installed wrong parts under sink for plumbing. Had to fire contractor off of job. Horrible experience. I've been in contracting for 20 years and this one took the cake.
