I find Brandon to be very unprofessional and very disrespectful and confrontational for a life of me. I cannot understand why these people aren’t vetted before they sent out to someone House wasting people time and giving many excuses as to why they can’t come out phone issues, vacations, etc. if I could give them a zero star I would

I recently hired an electrician to fix a faulty outlet in my home, and I cannot recommend them enough. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. I felt completely at ease with them working in my home and will definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs.

The owner Brandon did some electrical work in my home. He was on time very professional. If you need an electrician you definitely need to call Brandon. The work was remarkable. I have called him to my home now about three times. He explained things to me told me things that I needed to get done and I did it. His work is definitely phenomenal on point. Richmond I definitely get him a five star

At first David (owner) "knew it all" and gained our trust. Throughout the process of knowing it was our first flip, he slowly took advantage of us, nickel and diming us for a 20% upcharge in materials that were NOT actually used on our project (i.e. his workers brought an entire order of recess can lights for the ceiling into our property, didn't take count of what they actually used, and charged me for the entire box that they left sitting at our property unused - which I gave back to his workers but they went to lala land). But that wasn't my worst problem with Electrical Solutions of Richmond LLC. The owner himself got lost in taking so many jobs that he forgot what was actually going on at ours (had workers not show, fired one guy and hired back which created more problems), got so busy with bigger higher paying jobs in NC and put my time frame of our stressful final inspection on the back burner... so bad that he had to ask a favor of a "buddy" electrician of his to take care of my final inspection needs (stove, microwave, tankless water heater, dishwasher).. later before selling the home we had problems and David then refused to fix his warranty work, problems that he and his workers created (they didn't seem to like him very much but needed the money).. then claimed because I had another electrician on the job that I automatically voided my warranty on ALL of his labor. He also agreed to and literally ASKED my Uncle (former Carpenter/jack of all trades/GC in several DC Govt buildings for 45 years) to fix a 3-way switch because David didn't have time to so that it would pass the rough-in inspection, which it did. When my Uncle performed this small favor of David's successfully, David agreed that to help me save money, my Uncle could go ahead and replace the outlets as well as replace the ceiling fans
.. I had David's word that he would NOT void my labor warranty if any problems arised for us or the new buyer in the next 12 months. Unfortunately for us, some things went wrong due to he and his company's poor workmanship, and we needed him to follow through with his warranty work... he refused to return to our property. We made a mistake of not getting the above in writing regarding his "buddy" and my Uncle's work that he approved from the beginning. He was paid in full within 1 week of his work on both occasions of billing us for over $7500 of time and material. He took his money and ran. His office assistant Brandy told me that he was upsetting her so much that she was ready to quit while he left her with so many problems during his vacation in Omaha in the middle of all of of his projects. LONG story short, his beginning genuiness and success stories of winning customers over is a front, along with the story he told us in the first 30 min of meeting him about his 1 report with a negative customer review w the BBB that has been "worked out" and finalized.
..we should've known there are TWO sides to every story, and his was most likely exaggerated and untruthful.. much more so, the way he bosses his office assistant Brandy around and talks to her like a child... EMPTY PROMISES..
DONT USE THIS "COMPANY"... we are also reporting to the BBB as well as the Board of Contractors. Do heavy research on these dishonest and ruthless contractors. Don't pay them until you and someone QUALIFIED has inspected the work. P.S. David's "buddy" electrician Scott says that he will NEVER do another job for him and wants nothing to do with him... Also, he told us himself that he is in the middle of more than 1 law suit with 2 other companies... we should've ran! ...Sad... OUR ADVISE: DO NOT HIRE.

Of course, I would recommend Electric Solutions Of Richmond LLC! This is my second time hiring this firm of experts. David S Beasley, Master Electrician and owner is very resourceful and gets the problem solved
immediately.

I was very disappointed because I have used this company before and had a good experience. I called to see if they could install some ceiling fans for me, and scheduled an appointment. I was told the electrician would be at my house around 9am. 9am came and went with no call and no one showing up. I called at 11am to figure out what was going on and was told to hang up and call back and I would be forwarded to the person who could give me more information. I hung up and called back and was forwarded to an answering machine, where I left a message with my phone number.

I never heard anything back. It was incredibly unprofessional and I am going to find another electrician for any work I need done in the future.
