I recommend this company 110%. The electricians are competent, courteous, efficent, and professional. The quote was very fair. Even on a hot, muggy day in Richmond, VA, the electricians wore their masks. If I need their services again, I will call on them!

Technicians are top class and the work is always done to the highest standard. If I need to change a date or change the scope of work while they are at the house, David and his team are always flexible and receptive to our needs. We love working with them.

Contacted Electric Solutions to conduct an electrical survey on our new home. David was very clear and concise in his description of what the work would entail. He was very informative on what safety standards and requirements would be needed for the project.

I wish I could give a zero, do not use this company!! I paid Electrical Solutions to re-wire my daughter’s home. The first part of the job was ok; however, the last phase was a complete disaster. After repeatedly failing inspections and David’s (the owner) refusal to repair holes made by his workers in the freshly installed and painted drywall, we are very dissatisfied. The worksite was left messy with big gapping holes in the walls and insulation haphazardly pulled out because the workers could not remember where they had wired and installed electrical boxes. We followed David’s and Paul’s (electrician) instructions to the letter and got another contractor to demo all walls and ceilings prior to re-wiring. We were instructed to have the drywall installed and painted after the wiring before outlets and fixtures could be installed. When the electricians came back to install outlets and fixtures, to our surprise, the electricians were asking us where the electrical boxes for outlets, light fixtures and smoke detectors were located!! Their solution was to start digging and chopping in the walls and ceilings. This would have been ok if they had put things back the way they found it. The walls and the home in general were left a complete mess and when questioned about passing inspection a disrespectful response was received. Needless to say, the electrical inspection failed TWICE!! We have finally passed inspection, but are left to call our drywall contractor to come and clean up the mess made by Electrical Solutions at our own cost. I attempted to resolve with the owner and received many empty promises that were never fulfilled. We made the mistake of paying for services before getting the final inspection, so at this point we are left to clean up this mess with another contractor.

Electric Solutions of Richmond is prompt, affordable, and precise. They truly value their customer’s satisfaction and needs. They very throughly explained what they were doing and what this issues where. I would definitely recommend them!

I had them come install my door bell and it was working fine for a bit. After a storm it went out, I’ve called many time for them to come help fix it. They would set up a date with me and three times had to reschedule with them because they would simply not show up or even call. I have been trying to get in touch with them and my calls get ignored.

The electrical contractors of Electric Solutions of Richmond LLC were professional and did a great job after a horrible experience with an unlicensed electrician who left my house with no electricity in some areas and wires hanging out in some places. The two gentlemen were able to come in and trouble shoot in a matter of time. I am extremely grateful for their services and will be using them again.

Electrical Solutions was wonderful and I can't recommend them enough! David answered the phone when I called and was able to get someone out the next afternoon (no easy feat, every other company I called told me it would be a month or more before they could come out!) And it's not because this is not a busy company, his phone was ringing off the hook! He just understood how important it was to get someone out soon and made it happen for me. I expected to have to clean up after the electrician was done, but I could not have been more wrong! The electrician completely cleaned up after himself and left everything as neat as a pin. I had no idea what the job was going to cost (as I mentioned, I was practically desperate) and I was thrilled and so grateful when I got their bill. Very, very reasonable for the work done. I will never call another electrical company and I recommend you don't either!

Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. We had a popping/smoking breaker on a Thursday night (unfortunately, the one our internet was on, so it felt like more of an emergency than it actually was). We knew it was a simple fix, but were worried about being able to get someone out before the weekend (the 2 companies we called Thurs evening couldn't come out until end of the following week). My partner called Friday morning as soon as they opened and Paul was at our house by 845 (15 min earlier than their quoted time. Awesome!) He was good humored and efficient. Explained in simple terms the problem, what he had fixed, and had us up running by 905am! Just in time for a weekend of watching baby shark on repeat... 🦈😅🙃 Electric solutions definitely saved us from a weekend or more of toddler meltdowns and we definitely saved their number. Would absolutely recommend!

Hired Electric Solutions of Richmond, LLC to remodel my kitchen and add some recessed lighting. They were fast and punctual. Joe and Paul Worked very well like a well oiled machine. Paul helped me come up with a beautiful light design, They were friendly, Joking, and took pride in their work. I will definitely use again.

As a widow, I have found it sadly very difficult to find workmen who were honest and dependable. And, very good at what they do. Well, look no more! This company, I will now call whenever I need anything in an electrical capacity. They were all of the above as well as pleasant and even not charging what so many others here in Richmond charge which is a fee just to walk in the door. I am so happy that I have found a company that I can give my trust and my business, and not ever be disappointed. YOU can do the same.

Electric Solutions installed the wiring for our new hot tub and outdoor outlet for patio lighting. Quote was much less than other larger companies. David was awesome in communicating with us at each step of the job. The electricians provided a quality installation and were so friendly! Would definitely use them again.

David was helpful from the get-go, I told him the problem and he explained how it happens and what needs to be done. He gave me a very quick turn around time and ended up coming out a little earlier as we requested the soonest possible. He thanked my husband for his service in the military and offered a discount which we appreciated a great deal.
