Was recommended this company by a friend. Called to inquire and was told my date for cleaning was available, and met the owner for payment. However, then they said my date was not available and scheduled me two weeks later. Accidents happen. However, today I had a cleaning set up 11-1 arrival. However nobody came. I called the company about my issue after they didn’t come to be told they don’t have time for my cleaning due to the other cleaning taking too long. They don’t take a house key from you so I waited around all day for the company to just not show up. Then when I called to discuss the issue I was told “I’m sorry, we can add a refrigerator cleaning for the inconvenience.” No. I wanted to like this company due to being sustainable and women owned, but TERRIBLE customer service.

World Class Cleaning is truly the best. Ms. Erica always goes above and beyond with special little touches for the kids room. Loved how she creatively lined up my son’s baseball collection (it was not in any kind of order before).
