When it was time for us to move, we went with World Class Cleaning to deep clean the apartment we were leaving and the house we were moving into. They did such a great job (and were so friendly and personable) that we’ve been using their services ever since!

From their attention to detail to how sweet they always are to our cat, I look forward to having my home refreshed and renewed with every visit. Plus, the owner Stephanie is dedicated to making sure the unique needs of your home are met. I recommend them to everyone 💕

This review is for the phenomenal Alex. She is the cleaner for my client's home and we are often there at the same time or I am there the following day. She is meticulous and also a joy to be around. It is a pet household and she makes the place spotless. She truly enjoys and takes pride in her work. It is a multi-level household and I am always impressed. Although I do not use the basement myself, I can see the high quality that she provides.

I’ve been a big fan of World Class Cleaning and all of their cleaners are always top-notch. McKenna did an excellent job today (as always) and is so detail-oriented. She put so much care into cleaning and straightening my toddlers very hectic bedroom! I love this company and recommend it to everyone!

They are simply the best. If you are a clean freak who for whatever reason can’t clean your house, hire these people. I spoke initially to the owner to schedule my initial deep cleaning. She was so thorough with understanding all my needs and wants. Unlike other companies they are flexible with cleaning supplies they are using and will adjust it to your needs, not their company policy, like others.
I was impressed with cleaners. They were scrubbing every single inch of my house. I mean it. They were crawling on their knees to get even my baseboards scrubbed inch by inch! LITERALLY every single inch of the house was diligently scrubbed, wiped, cleaned. They charge by the original estimate, not hourly. I was surprised that they asked me to come in following day after deep cleaning to finish their job. From experience with other cleaners, if they can’t finish, they just do the rest of the job really fast just to finish. This company is diligent. They do pick up of mess and toys for additional charge which is not much. This makes it stress free.
I’m so upset I moved out of state and can’t use World Class any longer.

McKenna did an excellent job and went above and beyond every where but especially in the kitchen and family room. I would like to request that she be my permanent cleaner.

Sophie and Ashley did a great job cleaning my home. They were very detailed. Love how my table is sparkling.

Alex is great. She is on time, professional, and kind each time she has cleaned our home. She is also very thorough and spends a little extra time to make sure the house looks great. Plus, our daughter loves the way Alex makes her loft bed, which is no easy task.

First cleaning service I’ve ever used and I purposely chose them because they were women and Black owned. I purchased the deep clean and signed up for future bi-weekly service. It started off well, as everyone was very kind and put my discomfort with having strangers in my home at ease. The owner even came by to go over the cleaners’ work. It wasn’t until they left that I was really able to look around and found so many problems. There were cobwebs left in corners and on wall hangings, they seemed to completely miss the majority of the eat-in part of our kitchen, the floors weren’t completely clean in the master bath, and they didn’t wipe down all of the doors and baseboards. When I questioned part of the baseboards that still had a ton of grime on them, they told me that it wouldn’t come off. I called to complain and sent several photos. They were supposed to come back the next morning to fix everything but I called to cancel right before when I was able to clean those “un-cleanable” baseboards in four minutes with two cleaning wipes. It showed me that it wasn’t just an issue of missing places that could be fixed. They were also dishonest. Over $400 spent for a “deep clean” and I’m having to do a lot of it myself. I also never heard from Stephanie, the owner, about the photos I sent or the baseboards they lied about. Disappointing all the way around.

World Class Cleaning is such a help in our busy lives! They take the time to get to know you and your home. And we are so happy with our cleaning technician, McKenna! It’s so nice coming home a clean home. She is so detail oriented and we can tell she takes pride in her work!
