Have had this company out to clean the inside and outside of our very old windows in our 1920s home that had paint overspray on them and they look amazing! Rick and Erik were meticulous in cleaning our Pella windows. They were experts in dis-assembling those that needed cleaning between the panes.

Rick and A Brighter Outlook are the ultimate professionals. We have a five story townhouse in Rocketts Landing with many windows, difficult to access. Rick and his team have cleaned these windows for four years and always done a terrific job. In the unlikely case that they had to correct any area, they did so quickly and with professionalism. What a difference clean windows made to our home!! Joey and Rick were delightful, responsive, and so professional. They made our windows sparkle, even our skylights. After seeing what a beautiful job they did to our exterior, we asked them to do interior windows as well. It’s hard to tell the glass is even there. We will absolutely be using them again.

On Thursday a window cleaning company did not show up as agreed, and I called Rick that afternoon for a quote. His pricing was very satisfactory, and he said his crew would be at my home Friday at noon. His team, Joey and Abdulle, arrived on time, thoroughly explained what they would do, and finished within the time they had said. They cleaned my windows inside and outside, including a sun porch, and they look like brand new! I highly recommend A Brighter Outlook and I will definitely use them again. My Thursday disappointment turned out to be a Friday blessing.

Rick and his team exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work, professionalism, quiet hard work approach and price. Everything moved to access the windows was put back, including the height of my blinds in different rooms. Best window cleaning service that I've used! Highly recommend and will use again! Additionally, discovered as Rick was leaving that they also clean chandeliers...will call next time I need that service as well.

They are great. Very competitive pricing but excellent outcome. Be it maintaining your yard, cutting grass, edging, blowing, etc. or mulching, they have done a great job for me. I strongly recommend them.

Do. Not. Use.

Contracted them to remove 3 trees and grind a fourth stump. They instead took down 4 trees and ground the fifth stump. When I called irate due to their error, I was met with rudeness and was told that they had "done me a favor." At no time was I contacted to discuss the possibility of taking down the 4th tree. The decision for my property was made without my consent. Now I am having to pay over $2000 to replace the tree they took down in error. Do. Not. Use.

I have contracted Nilos landscaping for several jobs and have been extremely happy with their services every time. They are reasonably priced, extremely responsive and go above and beyond to please their customers. I will definitely be hiring them for any future work that I need.
