Mike went above and beyond!! His communication is excellent! His personal touch, transparency and professionalism was impeccable! And his pricing was better than other estimates while maintaining excellent work!! I can officially say “I have a guy” for all my pressure washing needs!!

RVA wash did an excellent job removing the stains from my roof and house. It was like night and day difference after they finished the job. Communication was a breeze and they communicated a clear expectation of what the finish product would be. Highly recommended, very professional service.

OMG...RVA Softwash is the best! When Mike said that he would bring my deck, gutters, and lawn furniture "back to like new condition", I was skeptical but he absolutely delivered. Not only do they look like new, the air around them even smells better. We'll be having RVA Softwash and Mike back again next year.

Mike’s team did a great job with soft washing our house, power washing our deck, and cleaning out our gutters. Very professional communication, showed up on time, did a quality job, and stuck to his quote. Even helped remove a few hard-to-reach screens from second floor windows while they were doing the gutters. Will be hiring them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Mike did an excellent job power washing our house. It has never looked so good. In addition he cleaned our aggregate sidewalk and the curb in front of our house enhancing our overall curb appeal.

RVA softwash recently cleaned my badly stained roof. Micheal, the owner and operator, was prompt. He took great care to prep the landscape and also installed neutralizing compounds around downspouts to prevent runoff damage to the lawn. The roof looks AMAZING and as a bonus he blew off the walkways and back patio to make it ALL look really finished. Recommend without reservation, VERY happy with the result. Thanks Michael.

Great experience with Mike personally and his work was incredible. Cant recommend him enough. We had a very odd job request- to clean some cattle guards in a really tight turnaround and he was fast and couldn’t have done a better job. Before and after pictures (5 of these). Thank you!

Mike did a fantastic job on the house and was very considerate in making sure cameras were covered to prevent any damage along with keyholes, outlets, etc. He was very friendly and provided quality work balanced well with speed and efficiency.
