I am a Service Manager for a property in Henrico Virginia. I have used Peerless exclusively for all carpet cleaning, water extraction, dryer vent cleaning, and HVAC ductwork cleaning. Robert has been the greatest to work with and always willing to move schedules around to accommodate our needs. His attention to detail and quality of work will keep me calling him for years to come. 100% recommend this company.

I have used Peerless Carpet Cleaning Services since 2014 from Norfolk to Richmond. They are always professional and provide great results everytime. Reasonable priced and available whenever I need them. Robert has been the Tech Professional from the beginning that I can always call on. He is the man!!!

Called these guys and had an appointment less than 24 hours later. They came over, were highly professional and made my damaged carpet look brand new. Price was also very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Joe always does fantastic work when he comes out here and makes sure my carpets shine for new move ins and my common areas. And Diamond is a scheduling coordinating guru! I know I can email her with a list of scheduled units and she gets them all scheduled and her communication is awesome! We had our carpets cleaned by Peerless, and I want to give a special shoutout to Caleb, our technician. He did an outstanding job! Super professional, incredibly respectful, and just an all-around great guy to work with. Not to mention we requested an after hours service, I know how it is when you want to go home at the end of the day, Caleb was upbeat and super cool about having to work late. The carpets look great as well! Thank you guys!

The service provided did not meet expectations, as there was no discernible improvement in the carpet's condition, even for minor blemishes such as pencil marks. The process appeared to be a rudimentary water vacuuming, yielding no change in the appearance or removal of any stains. Consequently, the value proposition of this service is highly questionable.DONT GO FOR THEM. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I highly recommend this company! The owner is very responsive and sweet. The two ladies who have come out consistently deliver quality work-they’re very detailed and thorough with their cleanings. And I love the flowers and bows they make with my towels! What I honestly enjoy most are their attitudes. They’re both always smiling, happy, and polite. They even sing sometimes while they’re working! It’s truly a pleasure and honor to have them in my home.
