I needed duct work replaced and Matthew @ Loving Heating and Air came out right away and quoted the job. We immediately signed up as he cut the price immensely from what we were quoted by the larger company! He also serviced our unit that was slow running.

Wholesome individuals who truly CARE about their clientele. My husband and I were without air conditioning (on a Friday.. Before a holiday weekend), and Loving Mechanical, LLC was recommend to us. From the moment that I spoke with Amanda and Matt, they were very empathetic, and they assured my husband and I that they would help us in any way that they were able to. The necessary part was able to be purchased from a local supplier, and Matt installed the part on a FRIDAY NIGHT in order to restore the air conditioning in our home. Air conditioning went out. I called Loving Mechanical. They sent techs to assess problem same day. Reasonable pricing. Ordered replacement parts and scheduled repair 2 days later. Addison and Clint were professional, on time, knowledgeable, respectful...you name it...all around good service. Many thanks.

This company is the BEST! After my AC system went out they were recommended by a friend. I called at 3PM and by 5PM the same day the owner was at my house. He was very thorough and detailed with the information about the system, he made me feel comfortable with my decision to have a new system installed due to the current issues and to top it all off the job was done the next day. This company will be my forever go to when I need work done. DON’T HESITATE JUST CALL AND THEY WILL DO THE REST.

Loving Mechanical is an excellent company! I contacted another local company before contacting Loving Mechanical. That particular company wouldn’t even return my calls. Luckily, someone recommended Loving Mechanical! They were a lifesaver! They picked up the phone immediately and came to my home within the next hour! I would highly recommend Loving Mechanical! I would give them 10 stars if I could! They are definitely my new go to company for all of my HVAC needs!

Matt came for same day service in February 2025 when our heat stopped working and was quickly able to make the repair with parts on his truck. When I had an unrelated concern with our heat in December 2025, Matt and his helper came out and diagnosed the issue. Matt explained his findings and repair recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. Once the ordered parts arrived, they returned the following week to make the repair. They were also able to perform a check-up on both my systems the same day. If you're looking for a reliable and honest HVAC company that's not going to try to upsell or overcharge and if you want to support a local, family-owned business, I recommend giving Loving Mechanical a call.

What a great experience from beginning to end! My heat gave out. Matt returned my call and inspected my unit the same day. He was thorough in his inspection. He explained in detail what was happening in a way that someone who has no HVAC knowledge could easily understand. Replacement of my HVAC unit was needed as the unit was 20+ years old. He was able to replace the unit the same week. Great price too! Definitely will be calling again for any future HVAC needs! Thank you so much for getting my heat up and running again. Would NOT Recommend. We had an issue with our old unit he came in ..we paid him to diagnose the issue. He said it needs a fan motor would be 1700 dollars to fix it and we didn't question.. we said ok sounds good thanks. He came in a few days later.. put the new motor in didnt fix the unit. Then he told us we needed a new unit now it's the compressor. I said that's fine thanks . So at this point he tried to charge us to fix the old unit that he made the wrong diagnosis on and couldn't fix. And the new unit . I had to dispute that with him and he finally took the 1700 dollars off for the original repair he said he needed to do on the first unit. . After his attempt to fix and repair. We got a new unit install . He even sold us on a upgraded unit bigger unit . More efficient. Would run less. Last Longer ..Tax deduction. We had the unit a little over a year with no auxiliary heat . I called to get him to come take a look at it ..after burning over 50 gallons of propane to keep the house warm through the snow storm because our heat wasn't working properly. House would down to 58-59 degrees at night time without the propane fire place insert running to help out the brand new unit to keep up. We never had any issues with the old unit and this unit is bigger . He came and looked at it . And told my wife while I was at work it would be 228 dollars didn't contact me like I asked him to . She just paid him what he said he needed .. later he sent me The invoice that stated he found a Loose wiring connection on the new unit. From normal vibration so he charged me 228 dollars to fix what he didn't wire up correctly when we paid him 7k dollars to install the brand new unit just a short time ago. So in a nut shell he charged us again to fix what he didn't do correctly the first time we paid him. 2 days after this I had someone else come in and tell me wires just don't vibrate loose unless there is a poor connection. Or poor craftsmanship. These new units are made to run for upwards of 15+ years. wiring just don't start coming loose from normal vibrations on a new unit . If the new unit vibration is that bad then you need another unit. He checked the unit out said it was balanced and very quiet and what he was saying happened is not the case. He either one didn't wire in the strip heater kit on the install . he forgot. Or two it was poor craftsmanship his wiring connection failed. Long story short ..he doesn't stand behind his installs or repairs. I would seriously consider someone else for sure .
