House Cleaning Heroes was able to step in to do our move-out cleaning with very short notice due to our original cleaning company double booking us. Their communication was great and I loved their text updates. We had an issue that was immediately responded to and resolved by the owner herself which made this an overwhelmingly positive experience. Would recommend!

​I am absolutely thrilled with the house cleaning service provided by STW! Yenssi and Heidi were amazingly thorough and efficient. They didn't miss a single detail, tackling everything from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. What I particularly appreciated was that the house smelled genuinely clean and fresh, without being overpowered by obnoxious chemical smells (as has happened with other services I've used.)

I also loved that the manager Amy, was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. Between the email reminders and the text message notifications when they were on their way, I've never had such clear communication from a cleaning service. STW is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used and is well worth the investment. I highly recommend them for reliable, high-quality cleaning. Five stars!
