STW Cleaning is a professional company who cares about their customer, the workers, the community and the environment! I’ve been using their service for years and the owner is constantly looking for ways to enhance the customer experience!! Awesome company and full-service cleaning experts!!

Our experience with STW was fantastic. It's been a few years since we had them clean for us and they picked up right where they left off. Great communication, they were on time, thorough, and even added some nice touches like decorative folding of our tissues. The process was efficient and 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

Beware, if anything goes wrong, STW Cleaning will threaten you, get your home insurance and file a claim on YOU. They do not take responsibility, they did not properly communicate to their staff (who didn’t understand English), and instead of protecting their employees and giving them workers comp, they target their own customers. It was so disappointing and I never want to go through something like that again. Stay away from them.

STW Cleaning is such a great company we use them for after events clean up and our clients love this service after all our events. Thank you Dawn and Amy for everything! Such a great company and easy to work with.

Started services about a month ago. Super happy! First visit took 3 agents and 6h to bring our home to standard. And we thought it was already clean! Subsequent visits are targeted to the most used area of our home and take 2 agents about 3h. Reasonable price. Wished we had done this years ago!

STW did wonderful job cleaning my house. We have two little kids and stuff everywhere in the house cleaner's were very professional and did great job cleaning the house. They asked for final check up before leaving and made sure everything was done as per the expectation. Will definitely recommend STW Cleaning for a job well done.

Update: Unfortunately can no longer recommend STW after the cleaners were dishonest and the cleaning quality has gotten worse. The front office customer service is still superb, but they are not the ones doing the actually cleaning. I would not trust them alone in my home again and the recent cleaning required a second cleaning to fix the first but was still just not the cleaning standard they had a year ago. Coupled with the apparent lying, it’s a pass from me.

STW cleaning did a few cleanings in my home and most recently did a deep move-out cleaning to get it ready as a rental. They did an impeccable job! Everything was cleaned including the appliances and interior windows. The renters were very happy on move in. Amy and the rest of team have great customer service and it was easy to schedule. Would definitely recommend giving them a try!

They even add some nice touches to the bathroom and kitchen paper products when the job is complete.They are very affordable and I highly recommend them!

As a realtor I need to know that the company I’m recommending is going to perform at the same level of excellence that I strive to perform at. House Cleaning Heroes answered my call, scheduled the appointment, and had the job done in less than 48hours. When I went to the home to check it out I was so impressed at how thorough they were. They even cleaned the sliding glass doors which I thought I would have to clean! Outstanding service with impeccable standards! I highly recommend them!

A clean house is great but when I walked into the bathroom and saw that they actually removed the stains out of the bathroom counter from hair coloring, I was shocked. What a surprise! Also, really appreciate the text before arriving and the follow up phone call after.

However, I have been continually disappointed that the trash receptacles in the bathrooms and in my bedroom are not lined with plastic bags after cleaning. As a courtesy , in preparation for cleanings, I remove bags from the receptacles so no one but me has to deal with nasty personal refuse. Apparently this is taken as a sign that the receptacles should not be lined. If for some reason you don’t want to supply bags, I will show you where I keep them.

Also I’d like to emphasize that I hope they address marks and smudges on my walls and molding. I am unfortunately running into things in my motorized wheel chair and leaving damage and marks. When I walk, I use my hands on walls and moldings

Love STW! They are very thorough (today I watched as they cleaned around the exterior of my front door as they left my home - that was unexpected but SO appreciated). The cleaners are always pleasant and professional, and unlike my prior cleaning service, they have great communication regarding when they will arrive. Big fan!

Absolutely love the team from STW Cleaning. I utilize them for both my house and my clinic each month. For my clinic, at least a few patients each week remark on how well-kept and clean my clinic is - from the bathroom to the floors to even the ceiling without a speck of dust!
