Potomac Serviclean Inc. has been cleaning our home since we moved into in in 2001, so more than 20 years! We have been so pleased with the service we continually receive. While we do our best to be respectful of their schedules, they've been extremely accommodating when we have had things come up in our schedule that cause us to change our cleaning day. Most of the cleaners they send, have been employees there as long as we have been customers, which speaks volumes about the company and how they treat their employees. The cleaners they send are always very respectful to our home and to us as well. I never feel the need to worry about things being broken or going missing. One of the things that really struck me many years ago when they first started looking after my house is how the owner would call me on a periodic basis to ensure we were happy and to confirm if there was anything not done to our satisfaction or needed better attention. While we rarely even needed to address any issues, the thing I found so refreshing about this is with past companies I've used, if I ever did have something I wanted to be done differently, I felt no matter how kind I was in asking, if felt like some sort of confrontation. By having the owner reach out to me and ask was so refreshing, and made me feel SO MUCH more comfortable addressing any concerns I may have had. I HIGHLY recommend Potomac Serviclean Inc.
