We have used MaidBright for a few years now for recurring and one-time cleaning. They have always been amazing! The crew are always so friendly, they arrive on time, and they leave our home spotless (without any use of harsh chemicals) and refreshed with a lot of attention to detail. Came home after our first cleaning. I was impressed! And I am rarely impressed. The bathrooms were immaculate, kitchen including stove, microwave, etc. were like new. The floors and baseboards were clean. It was instant stress-relief. Will absolutely repeat! Highly recommend!

Roxanne, Katie, and Anna did an amazing job getting my townhome sparkling in a way I did not have the time or attention to detail for. They arrived exactly when the cleaning window started, were so kind and polite, and even gave my dog some loving to make him less afraid of the strangers. My house is beautiful again thanks to the hard work of these three ladies! Thank you!

Very good. Detailed cleaning. The only observation I have is that they cleaned the toilet first, then the shower. It would have been better to clean the shower first, then the toilet using the same tools.

One of my pet peeves is outsiders - in this case, the cleaners - not taking off their shoes when going up our 2nd floor area. We walk barefoot upstairs, so it’s upsetting that they walk around with their dirty outdoor shoes. It should be automatic that when walking inside a client’s house, cleaners either put on clean shoe covers. At the very least, ask the client if they need to take off their shoes.

Another is the noise - by that, I mean the loud conversations . I’m not requiring the cleaners to be silent throughout the cleaning process, but at least not be too loud as I work from home.

Except for some missed spots here & there, the cleaning was okay.

I've been using Maid Bright for the past 3 years and they've always delivered an excellent and efficient service. It is easy to set up cleanings that work with my schedule and they are always reliable in showing up on time. The crew always does a thorough job cleaning my apartment and follow any special instructions I give them. 5/5 recommend!

Maid Bright met all my expectations. They arrived as scheduled. They stayed a long time (longer than our previous maid service) and didn't miss a single thing. They let me know when they were leaving so I could check everything. Very happy.

The first estimate was incredibly professional and friendly. The estimator offered me promotions and options to work for my budget. They also offer options to add on periodic window or basement cleaning for an additional cost. The price was slightly higher than some of the other small companies but the cost is worth the convenience of their online booking, rescheduling, and payment process. Our initial cleaning was prompt and cleaning was good. I set up a reoccurring cleaning.

This was my first time using Maid Bright and it was a wonderful experience! The cleaning ladies arrived on time and were polite, professional, and very efficient. My house has never been so clean! The ladies even made sure I was happy with the service they had provided before they left. I’m looking forward to continuing to use Maid Bright in the future.
