The website and/or application offers an easy to manage solution for your cleaning appointments with ample flexibility, online payment options and tons of availabilities. Although the price point is on the higher end compared to similar services, my experience using MaidBright thus far is a positive one. Highly recommend for cleaning needs around the DMV!

Meyli and Yasni. They are the Dream team! Not only do they leave our quite large house sparkling, they do it quickly, efficiently, and it’s so obvious in their work that they actually care! We don’t ever want anyone else cleaning our house but Meyli and Yasni!

Highly recommend! I needed help with three main areas. 1) the grout in my shower, 2) the stains in my kitchen sink, and 3) pesky dog hair in my rugs. I was struggling to keep the white grout and tile in my shower clean. I used almost every product on the market, but nothing helped. When I moved into my apartment there were rust stains in my kitchen sink that would not budge! Maid Bright effortlessly took care of both issues! Additionally, the two cleaners who came to my home were prompt, professional, and worked quickly. They were in and out within 1.5 hours. They listened to my concern areas and then got right to work.

The Maid Bright cleaners ensured that every hard to reach area of my home was cleaned! I had to idea that my windows were so see through! They even went the extra mile and dusted the items on my book shelves. My stove top and microwave are so clean that I don't want to cook anything.

I opted to meet the cleaners at the door rather than providing lock box to access to my keys. After seeing their work and professionalism, I will be rescheduling often and utilizing the lock box feature so that they can clean my home while I am at work.

I needed a deep cleaning of our 2 bed room and 2 bath condo. Life got in the way, and dusting and baseboards took the back burner. The 3 woman that came to clean were right on time, worked hard, and made my place look and feel amazing!!! I would use them over and over again. I’m so happy with the services!

After seeing Maid Bright’s website and description of certain flexibilities with scheduling, and after meeting with Ahmed, their service/sales estimator, and liking his transparency and price, we decided to try Maid Bright’s service, which started yesterday with a deep clean. We were very pleased with their thorough service and the demeanor of the 2-person cleaning team. They worked constantly for 3 hours without taking a break. They were also very sweet to our cats. I rate Maid Bright 5-stars because we feel that the results were well worth the reasonable price, and that we're off to a great start with Maid Bright. We’ll continue with their service and see how it goes!

We’ve been cleaning our own house for the last year and I’m very happy to have some help doing it again . The communication was terrific. The team really worked with me to come up with a schedule that worked and the cleaners did a fantastic job.

We had Maid Bright in for the first "deep" cleaning today and they did a wonderful job! We were using maid bright before covid but like most people we didn't feel comfortable having people in the house so we discontinued the service. We finally got around to having them back and we are so glad we did. The house looks immaculate, and the crew were prompt and very polite. We recommend Maid Bright highly!!

We used MaidBright for our move in cleaning and they did an amazing job. The place felt so much cleaner and more like home after they were done. They arrived on time and sent communications via email and text about when they would arrive.

The Maid Bright team did an excellent job of cleaning after we moved into our new house. There was plenty of construction dust and dirt, and they left the place spotless! They were careful and thorough, and were as quiet as they could be so they didn't disturb my husband who was working from home.

They may be good for general cleaning, but should not advertise deep cleaning and definitely not at the the price they charged.They can’t clean an oven with the chemicals they have.. They can’t clean the ceiling fans as they don’t have step ladders. They charged $359 for one apt deep clean. They sent 2 maids and they tried to scurry out after only 2 hours, leaving’s a still dirty apt.
I have adjusted my first review as they did send maids back to the house and gave a partial refund.

Our house was twice cleaned by the same crew from the company Maid Bright. We are completely satisfied with their service. Roxana and Kailey work very hard to vacuum,mop and dust every corner of the house. The mirrors and the glass doors of our cabinets are shiny. The house looks like new! The cleaning maids are thorough, well trained and very friendly. We highly recommend them!

Very easy to use the service. I was a little annoyed that I couldn’t see an estimate for the price online without directly booking an appointment, but I was very happy with my service, so will not hold this against them. The cleaners who arrived were early, which I appreciated, and did an excellent job with my apartment—it felt like they really paid attention to small details to ensure a thorough clean. I booked for a one time service for less than 1,000 sq ft and it was around $200, which felt fairly reasonable. My hope is that a recurring service would be more competitively priced, but I would definitely use them again.
