They were adamant they needed access to the well house and because it was locked they wouldn’t asses the plumbing issue while in the house, they still charged us $90 for the visit and doing nothing. BTW we had another company coming and fix the problem the next day and they let us know access to the well house wasn’t needed. Issue was resolved with other company.

Not only was my problem resolved quickly and professionally, their response time getting to my
house was amazingly expeditious. The best.

The repairman was very polite and very helpful. His work was great and we now have a blower that cuts off. I will use Gilman again.

Sam came to do a tune up on our furnace and found a few issues that needed to be addressed. He did a great job and I'll be requesting him for any follow up jobs needing to be done.
